lovely apartment with fantastic view. warm welcome received. loved the taxi boat just a minute from the apartment which took us across the water to the shops and restaurants. Vela Luca a small but very peaceful town, felt very relaxed. kitchen well equipped, especially with a toaster - an essential for us Brits.

We spent 1 week at this beautiful place and really loved it. If you want to spend some time in quiet and peace this is one of the rare spots where you can do it- all by yourself or with a group of friends/family. The kitchen and the bbq are sufficient and the house and all the rooms are very clean and liveable. The highlight of course is the outdoor area and the private beach and the possibility to use the kayaks or SUP. Mario was a very nice host, who gave us helpful advices. Mario and the team were incredible hosts — welcoming us with open arms and such genuine warmth and charm. The location is unbeatable: stunning cabanas overlooking the Adriatic Sea with incredible sunset views, easy access to kayaks, and a private dock perfect for swimming. The on-site restaurant was a real highlight — fresh seafood cooked over fire, excellent local wine, and a team that couldn’t have been more accommodating. They even helped make a birthday celebration extra special. A truly magical place we’d love to return to.

Great family stay at Katarina's. Well-equipped house in a very quiet little village. Beautiful shaded terrace under the lemon trees that is not shown in the photos. Nice touches upon arrival: drinks, figs, etc. and welcoming and pleasant host.

We had the most fabulous holiday here. The house and surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. the house is a home that has been in the family for generations and has been renovated with much consideration to detail and comfort. Jure and his family made us feel extremely welcome with generous touches on arrival and departure that were much appreciated. We baked bread and made pizzas in the outdoor bread oven, cooked fresh fish from the market in Vela Luka over the wood BBQ, lay under the olive trees by the pool and visited glorious local beaches. What more could one ask for the ingredients to a happy family holiday! Thank you to our hosts

We celebrated my husbands 40th in Anika’s outstanding place. The area is very private and secluded which is exactly what we were looking for. The water is some of the clearest most beautiful waters we have ever swam in. The house was cozy and very comfortable for 6 guests and a baby. Anika and her family were fantastic hosts that made us feel completely at home. Such amazing Croatian hospitality! Overall a 10 out of 10. Already planning our next trip 🤍

Amazingly tranquil! All you hear is the sound of water and the birds. It was the ideal place to rest and disconnect for a few days. It was exactly what we wanted - basic, but very comfortable and clean. There was some ambient noise in the morning with people having breakfast or working quietly on their boats, but if anything it added to the sense of summer and took me back to my childhood visiting relatives in the countryside. By mid-morning it was completely silent. The water is crystal clear. Ideal for swimming/snorkeling or a kayak/SUP. The house itself is very well equipped for cooking with a large fridge/freezer and inside and outside gas stoves and basic condiments. OK wifi, comfy bed, nice hot water pressure. All you need are your toiletries. The hostess was very welcoming and explains everything. Only thing to note as others have mentioned - lots of stairs going down, so not ideal for people with mobility issues. Otherwise the most relaxing place imaginable.

Villa Klematis feels like a little corner of paradise hidden near the sea. We absolutely loved our stay here. Vladimir was such a thoughtful host. The house is so charming and full of beautiful antiques with a very well equipped kitchen. The grounds feel like you’re in a Roman villa and the pool area is something very special indeed. Do come armed with mosquito spray but this is as you would expect in such a lush garden. We hired a boat for a few days and moored it outside the house which was wonderful (you do need a boat licence though). The walk into town is made easy by taking the shuttle boat taxi for €1 which picks up at the dive centre and runs all day till 10pm. You can buy fresh fish from the local market in Vela Luka and the local butcher was excellent too. Vladimir kindly keeps the bbq stocked with wood. It was all perfect. We are already planning to come back again.
