We had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, Amarentia was incredibly warm, welcoming, and thoughtful — their hospitality really made a difference and added a personal touch to our trip. The town is a small, peaceful gem, perfect for unwinding and taking a break from the fast pace of the CBD. There’s something so refreshing about the slower rhythm and friendly local atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely waking up to the stunning ocean view each morning — it was so calming and beautiful. We truly felt relaxed and recharged. Would definitely love to come back again!

The absolute perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the exquisite nature of Jacobsbaai. Retha and Liana were incredible hosts, having everything we needed and more. The accommodation is absolutely wonderful, so neat, clean and very comfortable. we made a fire every night and took in the towns wonders by day. We will definitely be back! Thank you for all!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Whale Watch Cottage.The house has a great location,only a few steps from the beach,and there are breathtaking views from the massive picture windows in the house.The house was well-equipped and impeccably clean.

Great stay, spacious with 6 double rooms and en suites. Pool and jacuzzi and braai area/fireplace excellent. Just super responsive and helpful. Would happily stay again.

The cottage is amazing. The large table in the yard is right facing the street. All the four rooms are independent and the entire cottage is the first house on the street next to the beach, making it relatively lively and a bit noisy. The soundproofing of the rooms is relatively poor. Overall, we were happy with the stay.

The property was exactly as described, clean and well worth the rental price. Checking in and out was a breeze, thank you Malande (facilitator). The property was well equipped and all essentials were provided, three braais had us spoiled for choice with access to the beach within less than a minute's walk. Our stay at this incredible oceanfront Airbnb was absolutely unforgettable. The location is unbeatable — right on the water, with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves day and night. The space was spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Mariette was the most amazing and welcoming host; she made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her warmth and attention to detail truly set this experience apart. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay and are already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommended!

Megan was magical, perfect and fast communication. The house looked like the photos. To my taste, the house could have been a little cleaner. The location on the beach was great.

We had a lovely stay at this great house. We were a family with 2 young kids and it worked perfectly for us. It’s an easy walk to lovely restaurant and had a gorgeous beach a minutes walk away. Annora was super welcoming and has a great booklet of recommendations. A great place to enjoy Paternoster from.
