BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

We enjoyed our stay in Sobra, convenient location to visit both ends of the island. Frano was very friendly and had great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Apartment was close to restaurant and had a great view of the bay.

Hervorragend. Ein ganz besonderes Haus für Naturliebhaber. einsam in einer Privatbucht gelegen. Man hört nur die Vögel und das Meer. Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns sogar frischen Fisch gefangen und köstlich zubereitet. Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem großzügigen Außenbereich mit dem herrlichen Pool – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet zu jeder Tageszeit einen perfekten Platz zum Sitzen, Essen oder einfach nur zum Relaxen. Der gemauerte Grill rundet das Ganze perfekt ab – ideal für gemütliche Abende mit leckerem Essen und einem Glas Wein. Auch die Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen: absolute Ruhe, wunderschöne Natur und viel Privatsphäre. Dennoch ist alles, was man braucht, gut erreichbar. Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

You’ll be hard pressed to find a better Airbnb host than Nikola. As soon as we stepped off the ferry Nikola was there to greet us and take us to the Airbnb which is a few steps from the ferry dock. He went out of his way to help us multiple times including storing our bags for us while we explored the park and taking us to his favorite local konoba. He also drove us to Pomena for our ferry to Korcula. The place was perfectly quaint and has everything you need including a superb view of the bay. Thank you Nikola!

Our family had a wonderful time at Tanja’s home! With 5 adults and 2 kids under 7, we felt comfortable. The view from the bedrooms and pool were stunning and the pool was perfect! The house is located on the main road but is set up on a hill with lots of steps. We enjoyed exploring the area. There is a walking path just across the street and down the stairs and another up the road where you can park and walk down. A must do for beautiful rock beaches! We explored Gradac which was a short drive up the road - pizza take out, ice cream, a giant swing on the beach, and dinner outside on the water. There is also a Plodines (grocery store) just up the street. The house is about half way between Dubrovnik and Split - just under 2 hrs each way which was perfect for exploring. I suggest checking out Makarska (Riva Resturant!) when heading towards split and Mali Ston (Kapetanova kuća) when heading towards Dubrovnik. Tanja was extremely helpful and such a wonderful host!

Magnifique, mais pas parfait ! Emplacement magique. Vue à couper le souffle. Lire avec les pieds dans la mer, que demander de mieux! Grand balcon. BBQ Weber fonctionnel (assez pratique en saison basse, car peu de restaurants ouverts). Chambre principale impeccable (refait à neuf) avec douche et toilette très propres. Vue imprenable depuis la chambre principale. Hôtes très réactifs avec d'excellents conseils (merci). Bref, tout est... presque parfait. En effet, petits bémols à prendre en considération. Odeur assez forte/désagréable dans la toilette de la cuisine (qui sert aussi de deuxième chambre...). Seul moyen de la contenir est d'ouvrir les fenêtres (moins pratique avec climatisation) et ne pas utiliser la toilette (peu pratique). Cuisine bien équipée, mais plusieurs éléments (par ex. verres à vin) manquaient de propreté. Attention, beaucoup de fourmis si vous oubliez de la nourriture sur le comptoir! Ça reste un chalet extraordinaire. Un peu cher, mais fantastique en couple.
