We offer a seasonal swimming pool , bicycles and electric scooters for guests, a cauldron for storing food as well as swings for resting on our property. at 5 km there is Fortress Golubacki town at 10 km there is the Monastery of Tumane The cottage is located in the Pine Forest, which has over 30 wrinkles, where you can enjoy the altitude and healthy air. Villa Alex offers 6 suites. Rooms are double. Extras there is a sofa in each living room which can be used as a bed. If desired, we can also add a baby cot in the room. Each room has a terrace, a bathroom, air conditioning, a plasma television, a kitchen, and a refrigerator. The rooms are supplied with a wifi-internet. There is a barbecue fireplace in the backyard that guests can use, as well as parking spaces. Enjoy our comfortable rooms after a stroll on the lake that's just a short walk! Welcome!

Lipov Lad is 200m near the city centre, in the vicinity there is a restaurant and 7 lakes.There is a river Nera 2km from the apartment and Danube is 12km.Very comftorable apartment in the quiet part of town.
