A lovely, modern, large house in "Gesha Hill Park". Quiet location, with a great view. We felt very comfortable. Yordan took great care and was always available. I highly recommend!

We are delighted with our stay. Clean, tidy, private. Plamen is a great host. Greeted us with a smile and clear instructions. You can count on efficient heating of the accommodation in the winter.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. The views are simply stunning as you sit by the pool looking towards the mountains. Very quiet and tranquil area. The village has its own lovely features (churches, walks and museums and plenty of good restaurants) which are all within walking distance of the villa, and it is just a short drive to Veliko Tarnovo (taxis are easy if you don’t want to drive). The owner lives in part of the house but this is arranged in such a way that there is no intrusion or lack of privacy. We were never actually aware the owner was there as the villa is so spacious and he uses a different entrance. Owner is very friendly and texts/queries were answered promptly with helpful recommendations eg where to dine out. The villa was cleaned half way through our week-long stay with change of towels and bed linen. Each room has its own en-suite. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace opposite the pool has plenty of seating and large table – a shaded and cool spot to enjoy some wine and nibbles as you gaze at the mountains. There is also a good BBQ in the terraced area. The pool is lovely with whirlpool jets at one end. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Lovely restful place.

Amazing house, with a great view. Very homey and quite antique. Great sizeable bathroom. Wonderful terrace to admire the scenery. Great for those who want to be amongst nature, rewind and listen to the birds signing. The host are extremely hospitable and kind. The girls loved the cats and played with them endlessly. We had wood to use the wood burners, otherwise on cold days would not be too comfortable.

Everything was exactly as in the photos and as in the description, a great value for money, a private and quiet setting to spend the holidays in a small circle of families with teenagers between 13 and 19 years old. I would recommend it with all my heart.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we didn’t want to leave. Nikolai and Daniella were amazing hosts. So friendly and made us feel very welcome . The property is absolutely stunning, it’s got everything we needed and more. It was beautifully clean and maintained . If you are after a peaceful , relaxing holiday then you have found the right place. Uninterrupted amazing views , fresh eggs from their own chickens, and the beautiful dogs Rosie and Bobby. We will definitely be returning. The hot tub had views to die for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ fully equipped kitchen Amazing heated pool Hot tub Sauna Plenty of sunbeds and spots to soak up the sun. This is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend in Bulgaria, close to the city Veliko Tarnovo . In the house we've found everything we need - great amenities, very clean, nice rooms and amazing yard with pool and BBQ. Quick and easy communication with the host!

Local flavor and very comfortable. Located in the scenic old town and a short walk to the castle this property has all the amenities you would need in a quaint yet roomy apartment. There are many restaurants nearby with great views. Both bedrooms are large and comfortable and having a garage is a bonus.

The house is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean, the terrace is very quiet and pleasant for relaxation. A minute's walk from the main street and good restaurants. The host is perfect and made our stay even better. I recommend it with both hands.

Very interesting house in an old, narrow street. Fabulous view from the balconies. Comfortable beds but other furniture looks a bit tired. Conveniently situated. Excellent restaurant recommendations.
