"Panorama Balcony" Mountain Chalet-Manor House

At 1100m, in Ziria, is the picturesque capital of Feneos, Goura. Our Chalet-Archontiko is located in the forest and dominates the top of the village. The panoramic balcony, with incredible views of the plateau and the surrounding mountains, transforms from hour to hour along with the landscape and the forest, time stops. Everyone finds what they're looking for. Ideal for both family holidays and couples, but also highly recommended as a starting point for adventures, activities and excursions.

A quiet place to relax. Very good use of air conditioning with cooling and heating. The stream has water for 8 months of the year, which adds another touch of tranquility! The property is subject to a government tax (resilience fee), which is €15 per night from April to October, as it is over 80 sq m (860 sq ft). During the winter months, the fee is €4. Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Just 50 meters from the central square of the village of Stemnitsa, through a dreamy stone alley, is the fully renovated Rodanthi guesthouse. Built of stone and wood in 1867 with the traditional structure of the mountainous Greek villages, it offers a unique view of the mountain and the stream as it is located at the end of the path. There is a parking space right below the house. The river Lousios is close enough for an adventurous tour!

Traditional three-storey tower house in Karytaina. Reconstructed with great care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decoration. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.
