Holiday rentals with a patio in Velipoja Beach

Sve je bilo odlicno!Kao dodatak i bonus bi bilo super da je jos par stvari od posudja dodano u kuhinji :) Vidimo se uskoro opet!

Super freundliche Gastgeber, familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Anlage ist meiner Meinung nach noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wer auf der Suche nach einem Ort zum Entspannen ist, findet hier eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Ulcinj vor.

Der Aufthalt war insgesamt super. Die Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig aufgebaut und eingerichtet. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich und familiär. Uns wurden ebenfalls auf Nachfrage kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt sowie Tips für Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Dit zeer ruime appartement in Bar is bijzonder mooi gelegen hoog in de bergen. Voor mensen die even willen ontsnappen aan het drukke leven van alle dag en die heerlijk tot rust willen komen is dit een geschikte accommodatie omdat je in de verte het rustgevende geruis van de Jelzenica rivier hoort die met kleine watervalletjes naar beneden richting de zee stroomt. De zee zie je klein in de verte en is met de auto goed te bereiken. Er is een behoorlijk groot zwembad en een apart zwembadje voor kinderen op het terrein. Het appartement heeft 2 grote kamers, slaap en woonkamer met allebei een fijn balkon. Het heeft een grote zachte buitenzetel van leer waar je lekker op kan zitten om naar de krekels en rustgevende geluiden van de natuur te luisteren. We kregen bij aankomst heerlijke pannenkoekjes geserveerd en verse eitjes, worstjes en crackers voor het ontbijt. De keuken heeft alles wat nodig is en het bed was heerlijk groot. Badkamer knus met föhn en compleet ingericht. Een echte aanrader

Hôte sympathique et arrangeant malgré notre arrivée très tardive. Le logement etait conforme, propre et spacieux avec une jolie terrasse, bien que la mer soit un peu loin pour etre vue. pas de pression au départ nous avons pu prendre notre temps et apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires

L'appartamento è un piccolo gioiello che gode di una vista strepitosa sul mare. Facile da raggiungere, le indicazioni dell'host sono molto chiare. Comodissimo il parcheggio sotto casa e l'ascensore dato che l'alloggio si trova al quarto piano. Tutto estremamente pulito e curato nei dettagli, il bagno è dotato di prodotti. Terrazza piccola ma funzionale, non manca niente.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einer familiären Umgebung. Das Appartement war groß und der Balkon und die Aussicht waren sensationell!!! Irina hat uns super aufgenommen und die Tage über bei allen Fragen und Anliegen geholfen. Der steinige Strand ist ruhig und es sind immer Liegen vorhanden. Man konnte auch grillen oder ein Kanu ausleihen, auch einen Wäscheservice gibt es. Absolut einen Aufenthalt wert - 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Anda und Ardit waren immer sehr gut zu erreichen und haben uns stets helfend zur Seite gestanden, wenn Fragen aufgekommen sind. Zusätzlich gilt es hervorzuheben, dass das Badezimmer zusätzlich ausgestattet ist, beispielsweise Tampons, Wattestäbchen, Bodylotion, etc. Zu Beginn gab es einen stechenden Geruch, der allerdings nach der ersten heißen Dusche der Vergangenheit angehörte. Kurzzeitig gab es einen Stromausfall, der allerdings schnell wieder vorbei war. Da wir zu Beginn Schwierigkeiten mit der WLAN-Connection hatten, haben Anda und Ardit uns sogar Geld zurückerstattet. Sie haben das Problem schnell behoben und es war alles einwandfrei!

Great apartmentment, surrounded by mountains and a beautiful lake. lots of bars and restaurants near by, and only 10/15 mins away from the Shkoder city centre.

Nard und seine Familie waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man fragen oder Anliegen hätte waren sie immer sofort zu erreichen. Auch die Unterkunft war in einem neuen und sauberen Zustand.

Bodin est très réactif et disponible. C’est vraiment appréciable !!! La proximité de la mer et l’équipement des espaces extérieurs sont de vrais atouts pour cette location.

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich direkt am Strand. Man kann aus den Fenstern das Meer sehen. Sander ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Er war sehr lieb zu unseren Mädchen, sie hatten viel Spaß mit ihm. Seine Schwester hat unsere Tochter geschaukelt, als Sander den Rasen gemäht hat. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb on the serene shores of a lake, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding. Všechno vybavení bylo trochu starší, ale jelikož jsme kategorie, která si nepotrpí na luxus, tak pro nás bylo naprosto v pohodě. Navíc poloha je skvělá a s paddleboardem jsme objeli několik krásných pláží. Pěkné parkovací místo před terasou, ve stínu pod vinnou révou, kterou jsme mohli volně konzumovat. Za nás určitě doporučujeme.

Everything was great during our stay. Apartment is new and shiny clean. Everything what is needed for long stay is there, air conditioning in both rooms. Gentjan provided us with all the cleaning and bathroom essentials which was very kind of him. All the communications with the host was also pleasant. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach and restaurants. The only thing which wasn’t good for us is power outages, those happened only during off-season (October), because I suppose some constructions were done. Nothing too long, but inconvenient for those who work remotely. Other than that, I totally recommend the place and host!

We stayed for 6 nights and I must say this was one of the best flats we’ve been to, but not just how it looked, also the host. The communication was smooth, fast answers all the time whenever we had a question, we got a lot of suggestions on where to go as well. In terms of the flat – 2 very nice balconies with nice views, everything inside looks almost luxury, the variation of lights, the comfy chairs. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking and there is a quite modern washing machine. The Internet was good for any type of calls/videocalls/work. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the main bus station, very close to the central walking area as well, and the bus station to the castle is just across the street. In general everything was super cosy and pleasant. Highly recommended and would come back again.

L'appartamento di Iva e in posizione centralissima, aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, in cucina e in bagno c'è tutto l'occorrente, tutto pulito e ristrutturato... Vicino casa c'è tutto quello che serve... Sono stato bene

Excellent communication, Xhoni is really friendly! The apartment was located in a perfect spot right by the beach (a minute walk if that). Clean, modern and very well thought out with tons and tons of little conveniences to make you feel completely at ease. As an aside, our little boy more than enjoyed the PS4 during the nights. Definitely recommended for any future bookings! Thanks for making our stay brilliant!

Logement très spacieux et agréable avec climatisation très appréciable. Propreté impeccable. Literie confortable. L’ensemble de la maison (avec plusieurs logements) est très bien géré et arboré. Aux portes du parc naturel Kune Vain Tale. A 40 minutes de l’aéroport de Tirana et 30 minutes des plages les plus belles de Shengjin. Un beau plateau de figues du jardin. Délicieux. Merci. Petit bémol sur la cuisine peu pratique sans couteau et eau chaude. Pas de vrai congélateur et réfrigérateur poussif. Mais nous avons passé un très bon séjour !
