I recently stayed in this flat and overall had a pleasant experience. The flat was clean, well-maintained, and matched the description provided. The interior was tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay – including a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. Communication with the host was smooth and timely. They were responsive to any questions and ensured I had everything I needed for a hassle-free stay. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

I have stayed four days. it was a memorable days for me and my wife.. place was very clam atmosphere and especially the cleaness of the rooms. everything inside for staying family and a decent kitchen... sincerely says that SALI he was very much gentle and helpful. i strongly recommed this property.. i will stay again

For a nature lover like me, Joy’s place was just perfect! The house is surrounded by trees, making it peaceful and refreshing. It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You get access to most of the villa, except for two locked rooms, but the space is more than sufficient and never felt restrictive. Uncle and Aunty live in the back portion, which was actually reassuring because they were always nearby if we needed anything. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. What truly made this stay special was their warmth and hospitality. Aunty’s food was amazing - she even made North Indian dishes just for us, which made us feel at home. And Uncle was incredibly kind. When I had a minor fall and needed a doctor, he immediately arranged for a checkup and made sure I was okay. Their kindness and generosity made this place more than just accommodation - it truly felt like home. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best stays we've ever had. Mr. Deepu is very passionate about the homestay, and it really shows. The house was super clean and very well maintained. It’s a beautiful villa with all the necessary amenities. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The place is super peaceful and refreshing, surrounded by a nutmeg plantation. The food was delicious and made with great care. We also enjoyed the lovely outdoor spaces it was perfect for relaxing. Outdoor Dining in between the planation is the highlight We truly didn’t feel like leaving! Coming Back Again

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, traditional Kerala house! Our group of friends found the home beautifully maintained, with three spacious AC bedrooms and large, clean bathrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The fully functional kitchen was a big plus. Although the house is located right on the highway, the large compound provided complete privacy and a peaceful environment. One of our favorite spots was the cozy patio in the backyard, shaded by a huge jackfruit tree — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. For the price, this place is honestly the best deal you could find. A special thanks to our host, Romy, who made sure our experience was absolutely perfect and hassle-free. Less than one hour drive from cochin. A lap pool would be a perfect addition.

We had a wonderful stay here. Perfect for large families or a few staying together. Bathrooms were very clean with high-quality fittings. Rooms had insect screens, so even though there were mosquitoes outside (normal in Kochi), we were fine inside. The hosts were warm and friendly, with great attention to detail, like lighting on stairs, plug extenders, labeled switches, water dispenser etc. The home theatre had excellent sound, and even the TT table had a sound-absorbing cover. The gym was fully equipped. The library was a highlight, with an amazing collection of English and Malayalam books gathered over decades. The area is peaceful, and there's a beautiful old church just a few meters away, overlooking the calm backwaters. The house keeps its original charm while offering all comforts. We truly loved our stay. Thanks so much to Mony, Titi, and Akhil for the amazing experience. Highly recommended!

How can I even put into words how great our stay was? My friend and I stayed with Deepu and Christine in Anya's place for a month, and during that month we felt like we became part of the family. The annex is completely private and so spacious, the roof terrace is a particular highlight in the evenings. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. It was immaculately clean. The breakfast deserves it's own songs, we felt so lucky to experience a huge variety of authentic and delicious home cooked Kerala breakfast, with coffee and delicious juices, in the beautiful dining room. Deepu and Christine are some of the most open hearted, generous, and kind spirited people I've ever met, and our heartfelt conversations will forever stay with me. Anything at all that we wanted, Deepu was ready to help, from local recommendations to help booking trips. I can't recommend this place enough and I will treasure our time there forever.
