Large, quiet, tastefully decorated: The apartment with a bedroom, a living room/bedroom and a large kitchen is located on the 2nd floor of our beautiful townhouse in the green Gelsenkirchen-Buer district between the forest and the center. The arena is 2 km away, and the city of Buer with many restaurants, shopping, a cinema and a museum is also within 1 km walking distance. The location of the apartment is ideal for excursions and bike tours throughout the Ruhr area. The apartment is located in the middle of the 3 IGA 2027 locations.

Our non-smoking apartment is located in a quiet 4-family house in a cul-de-sac in the immediate vicinity of Nordsternpark, the starting point of many bike tours (industrial route). The Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex with the Ruhr Museum is about 4 km away. From here you start your adventure in the Ruhr area. Directly behind the house are the Schloß Berge and Lohmühle parks as well as the Rungenberg slag pile. The mine rail line starts here and the Veltins-Arena is also within walking distance! Zoom Erlebnisspark or Centro Oberhausen, Nordsternpark and Zeche Zollverein can easily be reached by bus and train! And at the end of a long day, you can rest in our spacious family-friendly apartment. We look forward to seeing you!

Good transport links A 42 as well as public bus connections. The apartment is located in a 2 to 3 family house on the 2nd floor. Completely renovated in 2018. Highly modern kitchen fully furnished. Bathroom with daylight. Good shopping facilities also within walking distance. Five minutes walk to the Kaue!
