Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Vembanad Lake

The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb property in Kochi during our campus immersion program at IIM Kozhikode’s Kochi campus.. The host was incredibly flexible, friendly, and humble, making our stay smooth and comfortable. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly suited to our needs. It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

Nice flat for daily rental

This is a beautiful cozy and peaceful place, there is also an incredible terrace with a view over the landscape. The house is 100% clean, comfortable and calm. Highly recommended as a stop to have some relax between all your Indian adventures;) as we came here- we understood, how important this was for us. Vismaya and the whole family are SO friendly, open, caring. They saluted us with fresh coconuts:), teached us cooking Ayurvedic dishes, organised many sightseeing trips around. We are very grateful. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. Can’t wait to come back again this place will always hold a special spot in my heart!
