The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Beautiful Loft - Mercantour Barn

It's not just an exceptional place, it's above all a unique experience. Come and enjoy a secluded setting, surrounded 360° by mountains, waterfalls, forests, fields to have fun. Each season offers shows: In winter, go snowshoeing or cross-country skiing from the barn. In spring, watch the wild animals roam in front of you. In summer, swim in the waterfalls. In autumn, listen to the deer rut. Not to mention stargazing!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the heart of nature and pure mountain air, it is spacious and close to the fun activities of the Colmiane summer-winter resort and shops. St Martin de Vésubie and Le Boreon are close, less than 15 km away. south facing, very bright and well-equipped, it is rated 3***, it is good to live there. Located near the renowned Mercantour National Park, this ecologically friendly wooden chalet (35m2) provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, as well as a great base for numerous day trips in this beautiful region. A Spa area with jacuzzi and finnish sauna nested in nature with a plunging view on the valley and no neighbours, may be rented in addition to the chalet for 25 euros per night.
