Mon logement est à 300m de la plage et du bourg à pied. Cosy et agréable, véritable havre de paix. Il a son entrée particulière par le garage. Situé au rez de chaussée de la villa ( rez de piscine) il est dans une villa .Dans une propriété clôturée, vous gouterez l'air marin, les écureuils dans les sapins ainsi que la commodité d'un bourg actif avec son port, ses commerces, bars .. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour sa situation , son confort et son calme avec aussi le bruit de la mer!

This 18 m2 master suite has its shower and toilet with private access, it is located in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet subdivision. (in a neighborhood called: "the window" in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez) Due to its location, many tourist outings are available to you: the beaches (5 minutes by car), the marshes, the forests, the port, the islands... (Île d'Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier) castles (Commequiers, etc.) Nearby: train station (3 km), aquatic center, casino, bowling, festivals...

Take a break and unwind in our haven of greenery. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

The independent accommodation, on our property, consists of a sleeping area with sofa bed and dressing room. Welcome to our little cocoon 15 minutes from the beaches! We have chosen to develop an independent suite that is part of our home to welcome you and allow you to visit our beautiful region. In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. After a day of sightseeing, you can enjoy a private outdoor area and relax in the jacuzzi. See you soon

Ocean Suite Private room with air conditioning and jacuzzi

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It consists of a living room and its kitchen, an independent bedroom (160 x 200 bed), a bathroom. The sofa in the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests. You will find all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Garden furniture is available for your outdoor meals. The accommodation is located 20 minutes from Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the seaside. Linens are extra.

In the green setting of my garden, the studio is independent of the main house, in a very quiet and privileged area. Ideally located, you will be close to the large beach (5 min walk), the bike path, the Vélodyssée GR, the kite spot, the surf spot, 700 m from the city center, markets and restaurants facing the ocean. Nearby, you can also play tennis or canoe and pedal boat on Le Jaunay...

Charmant studio, attenant à notre maison mais indépendant, rénové avec des produits écologiques. Situé à proximité de la rivière (150m) et de ses nombreux sentiers de randonnée.
