In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

Welcome to our little cocoon 15 minutes from the beaches! We have chosen to develop an independent suite that is part of our home to welcome you and allow you to visit our beautiful region. In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. Our accommodation is 5 min from La Ferrière, La Roche s/yon. The cottage has 1 adult bedroom connecting with 1 children's bedroom with 2 beds. Separate entrance. Washing machine, dishwasher, built-in kitchen, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven. Bathroom, private toilet. TV – Internet. Ideal for business and leisure travel (in summer, 2 nights minimum). We pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness. No pets allowed. No smoking in the cottage.

Ocean Suite Private room with pergola and jacuzzi

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

The village of Les Conches is located at the edge of the forest, where you can walk through the forest (1500 m) to the beach. Bud Bud "surf" beach is 5 minutes away and shops are 5 km away. We are 20 minutes from the sands of Olonnes, 50 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour from Puy du Fou. We are also close to the "ODYSSEA" bike path Bicycles are available free of charge.

Independent rental within a house

Independent 30 m2 outbuilding on the ground floor of our house. We live upstairs. Close to all amenities: shops, restaurants, forest and lake, casino, Thalasso, zoo, aqualudic pool. Beach 1 km away (15-minute walk). Les Sables city center 2.8 km away. Everything is accessible on foot, but the best way to get around is by bike (self-service electric bike terminals).

Relaxation in the Countryside

In the heart of the Vendée countryside, in a green setting conducive to rest and relaxation, rental of a 45 m² studio completely renovated in 2019 and ideally located (5 minutes from the A83-A87 interchange) for a stay combining a visit to the Puy du Fou Park (about 25 minutes) and the discovery of the Vendée coast (less than an hour).
