In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. Description: Rental of 44 m² for 2 to 4 people, kitchen area in the main room with 1 sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140, bathroom with shower + toilet, comfortable accommodation for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Private courtyard with garden furniture and car parking space. If we are away we have a key box.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.
