Cozy townhouse with an enclosed garden right in the center of Løkken. The house previously belonged to my dear mother and is furnished with many of her belongings. 1 minute from restaurants and shops, 5 minutes from the white sandy beach and surf cafe down by the pier. The house has a new kitchen, 2 bedrooms with new beds, 2 toilets, a living room, and an open kitchen. The garden faces south with plenty of sun, 2 separate enclosed courtyards, 1 for the car and the other for lounge chairs, a garden table, a grill and an umbrella. Casual with charm, not brand new.

In Nibe's old town you will find the town's second oldest house, one of the charming fishermen's houses that oozes coziness. The house is located in the heart of the city, close to several shopping opportunities, a pharmacy, Denmark's best ice cream parlor (Guf&Kugler), a small playground, and beautiful nature. My place is close to the beach. In one of Løkkens oldest neighborhoods, just behind the dune and the nautical brand, is this cozy holiday apartment. It is furnished with a living room (double sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and loft. The apartment is suitable for 4 people and is about 45 m2. There's a nice south-west facing terrace/patio with outdoor furniture. The location is top notch for those who want to enjoy the charming city life of the loop, while staying in very quiet surroundings. Pets are not allowed.
