Sergey is an impeccable host. He has anticipated everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cool coming from the forest made the hot summer day very pleasant. Barbecues are handy to use. The yurts offer peace, tranquility and coziness, in beautiful nature, they detach completely from the concrete of the city.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, but what truly stood out were the small artistic touches that brought the whole space to life—carefully chosen decor, cozy lighting, and unique art pieces that gave the place a warm, creative vibe. The accommodation is very well located. You have a great, safe and quiet area. That was really important to me because I was there alone as a woman. I didn't have a car, but that wasn't a problem at all, as there was the Varna taxi app and the buses also went to all my destinations. I felt very comfortable and had a feeling of "like at home." I even cooked something three times and had all kinds of spices and cooking utensils on hand. An absolute highlight are the balconies, the daily beautiful view of the sea and the great orchards in the immediate vicinity. I would come back. 👍

A very nice and unique place, usually you could find either low-maintenance properties or plastic style luxury. This place is surprising they took the authentic atmosphere to the limit. Our young children enjoyed the variety of instruments, barrels, and other antiques, we liked the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. But you have to take into consideration that it is a Bulgarian village, nobody speaks English and nothing is written in English, you have to have a car to get there.

We had a wonderful stay at Jasmine’s apartment. Everything was perfect. It was exactly as described, photos were accurate and all amenities were available. The location is ideal for exploring the city and the garden itself is a gem - especially at night with the available mood lighting. The flat itself is perfect and everything is modern and new. Communication with Jasmine was excellent, the self check in experience was very well described and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking forward to a very pleasant stay in the ideal center of Varna. Thank you Jasmine!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. You get a cozy comfy modern three-story house with a big garden in a nice safe neighborhood. Oksana and her family have been so lovely. It was a privilege to interact with them Good Wi-Fi and “A1” cell signal. There is regular bus service to and from Varna every day except Sundays. An ethnic store called “Sokoni” delivers good quality Indian groceries all over Bulgaria including Grozdyovo. The host family did so much to make my stay as comfortable as possible. We communicated OK through translation even though they don’t know English and I don’t know Bulgarian or Russian. Without me asking, they even bought a very nice new vacuum cleaner when I mentioned I was having problems using the old one. In fact I was using it wrong. I felt guilty about it, though the new one was nicer. Of course I recommended this.

Traditional rustic bulgarian house

We were looking for a quiet house, in the countryside, with a large garden for two small children. Nina's house proved to be what we expected, even during the winter fort. When the water froze, a plumber was immediately sent by the owner to fix the problem; and the wood stove kitchen was a wonderful experience. The place is perfect for resting, reading, walking in a modest village, certainly, but very welcoming, to the warm locals. Shops within walking distance, including a very pleasant cafe-restaurant. Special mention to the neighbor, Stanka, always available, a beautiful soul. We left with regret. A pearl of AirBnb.
