Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

My accommodation is close to Thiene, Marostica, 30 minutes from Bassano del Grappa, art and culture, magnificent panoramic views. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, the location, the atmosphere, surrounded by a park of 900 olive trees a touch of Tuscany in the center of Veneto 5 minutes from the motorway near the most beautiful cities in Veneto Venice Verona Vicenza Treviso. My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

La casa è grande per un massimo di 8 persone. Un vero paradiso. La nuova piscina privata (2022) è molto grande (14m x 6m). Situata in una posizione ideale per esplorare la regione del Veneto. Venezia è a soli 35 km. Ci sono molte spiagge a circa 30 minuti in macchina. Inoltre puoi raggiungere facilmente Verona, Vicenza, Padova ecc La nostra casa è ideale per chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza rilassante in una zona incontaminata. La casa è dotata di tutto e arredata con gusto e cura.

Nice independent apartment in a new villa surrounded by vineyards. Excellent starting point for walks or bike rides. The cycle ring of the Euganean hills is a short distance away. Close to the spas of Abano and Montegrotto, the walled cities of Este and Montagnana and the village of Arquà Petrarca. Strategic position in the heart of Veneto. 1 hour drive from Venice and Verona and 35 minutes from Padua and Vicenza. A short distance from many restaurants to taste the local specialties.

Il mio alloggio si trova in un borgo collinare di origini medievali, restaurato nel rispetto della tradizione locale con mezzi biocompatibili. Da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente MAROSTICA, BASSANO DEL GRAPPA e ASIAGO. Si tratta di un luogo intimo, rilassante con la possibilità di uscire in escursione sia a piedi che in bici nelle verdi colline circostanti. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, viaggi di lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e animali domestici.

Alloggio indipendente e ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. La struttura si trova a Brentonico immersa nel verde delle montagne del Baldo, in 15 minuti si raggiunge il lago di Garda e in 10 minuti si raggiungono le montagne dell'Altipiano. La villetta ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni con un ampia zona giorno. E' disponibile una piscina coperta riscaldata funzionante tutto l'anno. E' presente una palestra con Kinesis di Tecnogym. Il giardino offre una vista delle montagne magnifica.
