A very good place to have a good time with the family, relax with the view and sound of the waves. Comfortable house, well equipped, clean, organized. It has a very diligent and close domestic staff. Nothing bad to say. I recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Our experience at this home was absolutely wonderful! The house exceeded our expectations in every way, especially the pool, which we really enjoyed. Its location is perfect for those looking to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the area as they are a very short distance away. In addition, the quiet ambiance of the neighborhood allowed us to relax completely. We especially want to thank Mr. Angel and Mr. Francisco for their constant attention and concern that we were comfortable. The complete equipment of the house and the quality of the services made us have a perfect stay, no need to worry about anything. The days were very short and we left with the desire to have been able to stay longer to take advantage of all the possibilities offered by this incredible house. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent choice for a vacation, we were delighted with the host's attention and the house. The location of this complex is super central, the guards are extremely friendly, the common areas are impeccable. We really liked that there being a mini supermarket inside the residential complex where we could have breakfast and buy things for the house without using the car. The house is very comfortable and with a very nice view of the canal, where we could catch the boat directly at the property to go to the beach (super convenient). I would definitely repeat my stay. The second time I've stayed at Amilcar's house, it's a place with the best views that you can enjoy in total comfort. Everything is clean, well cared for, tasteful. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The person who receives us is always very kind and polite. Whenever I return to Puerto, I will return to this house.

La Concordia house is a very quiet and beautiful place, it has nice views of the mountain range. The house is spacious, simple and has everything we need. The internet works great and the energy back up is a luxury. The host, Juan was super kind and attentive, always attentive if we need anything. It is a very good place to be in Mérida. If you want to use public transportation, spend every 5 minutes in front of the house. Everything super great! 100% recommended!

Pleasant stay, we traveled to Valencia for a corporate event on a weekend and we felt at home, with all the comforts. The area is very nice, quiet, accessible and with nearby places that provide facilities, such as pharmacy, supermarket and shopping center. The whole process was simple and hassle free. The Ph is spectacular, I felt at home all the time. The apartment was more impressive in person than in photos. Internet always fast. Super cold air. Safe parking. Mykonos is just around the corner, something I liked. If your plans are to go to Castellana, Altamira or Las Mercedes. It's perfect. The location is great. I would definitely like to come back

This accommodation is 1000% recommended. It's much more than what it offers. In this building, the water does not go away, but it still has a water tank. It has countless shops, restaurants nearby, you practically leave the car in the building's parking lot and you can walk all around the area. The apartment has everything you need, it is very comfortable and neat. So don't hesitate to stay in this apartment if you want a good area and comfort, this apartment has it all! This will be my accommodation every time I go to the city of Caracas!!! And Stevens is very attentive and cordial!
