It's an apartment that is very conveniently located, with the airport 3 minutes away. Other than that, it has beaches 10 minutes away. It has a Makro Red Vital, movie theaters, supermarkets and the Planeta Sotavento shopping center, all of which are next to the building. The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and on the following days, it is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, but on Sundays, it closes at 6:00 PM. The apartment is for 6 people, but only 3 people can use the pool at a time; they can take turns, but it's for 3 people.
