The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Come and see fantastic scenery from the two-room apartment

My place is close to downtown Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants, a pharmaceutical dispensary, post office. Just about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Natural Pools, Cala Dell 'Acqua, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and the rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! But visible from the sea at a distraction of 50m from the coast to admire it!!

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
