To feel independent of the occupants of the house who live in another part of the house, there is a kitchen unit with kitchen utensils. All modern amenities, Wifi and TV are available. ! There are 2 friendly little dogs living in the house.

Historical, renovated pub. In a convenient location between Ventspils and Kuldiga, close to Lake Usma. Wooden sauna, trampoline, grill available. Possibility to apply for hunting in the local hunting club "AMEĻCIEMS" (and sauna heating) for an additional fee. There's a cow farm next door, so cows often visit the fence in the evenings. An authentic rural experience is provided by wood heating (there is always wood in the backyard shed). The owner stays at the far end of the house with a separate entrance (no room to share).

Ventspils Children's Town and Concert Hall Latvia is approx. 10 min. walk, but the beach and Aquapark are about 20 minutes on foot.

We are offering our cozy family house for rent. You will have wonderful and relaxing holidays near the sea (500 m from the house). The living space is arranged over two floors. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a studio-type living room with a fireplace, and a full bathroom (shower + wc). On the second floor there are two rooms - one bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two double beds.

The house is perfect for families with children. There are three rooms, two bedrooms and one living room with a corner sofa and TV. Closed home area that will be safe for your children or pets. The area has a grill, a sandbox and a rocking chair. We offer two bicycles with a child bike seat upon prior request.
