En la zona de Reforma, la cual es muy pintoresca y céntrica, cerca tanto de Veracruz como de Boca del Río. A menos de 500m de la playa Marti, donde hay eventos y se puede disfrutar del mar. A minutos de los estadios y las zonas mas concurridas de la ciudad, como el Acuario, los portales, el malecón. No se permiten fiestas, reuniones ni invitados en la alberca.
