I had a very comfortable and quiet stay. If you are going to sightsee or do paperwork in downtown Xalapa, staying with Mrs. Martha is definitely the best option, the location is very practical and central. The apartment itself is small, perfect for staying a season and enjoying the city, for one person it is excellent. Above all, I highlight the warmth, kindness and attention of Mrs. Martha, she makes you feel at home and is always attentive in case you need anything. I would book with her again.

Accommodation in a quiet area, in front of a cafeteria and very close to a shop. The apartment is very cozy, it had amenities for the bathroom and although the weather was cool the room was very warm. The host is always in touch and very attentive. It's a nice place and well located near the historic center, I would stay again.

We had such a great time! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Jesus was an amazing host, always quick to respond and genuinely cared that we were enjoying our stay. His wife left us some lovely welcome treats, cookies and wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. The heated pool was a big bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

5 Stars – A Beautiful Stay with Outstanding Hospitality Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The home itself was exceptionally clean, well-kept, and just as lovely as the pictures—if not more! What truly made our experience stand out was the incredible hospitality from Luis, the manager. He was attentive, kind, and always available. When one of our guests became ill, Luis quickly recommended a doctor who came to the house and provided care—something we were extremely grateful for. We did experience low water pressure at one point, but Louise addressed the issue right away and resolved it efficiently. His responsiveness and care made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return. Thank you, Luis, for making our trip so enjoyable!

A great place 😊 Everything matched the photos and descriptions. My family and I really feel at home. Spacious, an excellent location and Edgar was super accessible, friendly and attentive from our arrival until our departure. I was carrying a baby and I really recommend 100% your accommodation.

The place is very nice, identical to the photos, very good communication from the host, it has ample parking, the pool water is a very good temperature, the lawn is very well maintained for playing on the courts, the only thing that you should take into account is that the water in the shower is cold, that would be the only complaint, otherwise everything is excellent.

The house is very spacious, its layout is very comfortable and the decoration is quite nice too. It is 10 minutes from Boca Del Río, so it is in a very quiet area. Ideal if you are traveling with older adults because the house has accessibility facilities. The host's service was very good and he answered my questions at all times. Great place.

Comfortable stay. Spacious with a beautiful sky view, provides great natural lighting and a dinner under the moonlight! Close by to just about everything you need 👍🏾.

Everything was impeccable and they were always on the lookout for any situation, in addition to providing very clear instructions and even local recommendations for food or shopping near the apartment. The area is extremely quiet and had all the amenities they mentioned. They always have hot water ready.

Very comfortable, clean and nice everything related to the apartment, Ruth was always attentive. It's difficult to get there if you don't have a car, as it's far from the main avenue and food and shopping businesses.
