The cabin has a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. In addition, there is a separate annex with 4 beds, a dog yard and a lean-to for cozy evening fires. Short distance down to the water with a large lean-to, bathing jetty and rowboat. Varied terrain and great sledding hills just outside the cabin. Many hiking opportunities in the area.

Stiklestad is just a walk away, where the play about Olav the Holy is performed every year. They have a restaurant, medieval courtyard and museum area with a lot of exciting things to experience. We have salmon river with the possibility of fishing, if not then you can swim and enjoy yourselves there. Stortjønnsstu is a traditional and charming cabin about 50 km from Verdal city center, with a road all the way to the cabin and parking at the cabin. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. We make sure water is available for our guests. The cabin is large and spacious. It is 70 sqm with combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and loft, and a toilet in the outhouse that is connected to the cabin with a roof overhang. Linen and towels are included.
