Nice place, school age children so a little noisy at times

This is exactly what an AirBnB should be. Clean, quiet, excellent location and very large. One of the best perks was the off-street parking which was so appreciated! Hosts were responsive and friendly. If I ever return to the area, I hope this place will be available. Highly recommend!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Has such a lovely stay here. The hosts were very responsive and kind. It was so considerate of them to supply a stocked fridge/freezer and allowed me to hold my baggage there due to having an evening flight. Beautiful area and very convenient for transport into Downtown MTL. Very much reccomended.

clean and quiet cozy place

very comfortable beds. Apartment was very clean and well stocked with basic paper products and shampoo. Parking on the street was plentiful. This apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to a metro station, a grocery store, and several restaurants.

I stayed in Claire’s place with two friends during a 5 day visit to Montréal. The place is clean and looks like the photos. Very spacious. We didn’t cook at all but it seems they have most kitchen necessities. The place is about 10 minutes away from the metro station, and there are plenty of coffee shops & convenience stores in the area. I highly recommend stopping in “Cafe Monk” nearby. I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

Sarah was a phenomenal host. Incredibly quick responses, helpful, and was more than happy to help at any time of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four had a great stay at Jason’s place. The property was spacious and clean. The sauna was a nice bonus! We paid for the parking spot associated with the unit, which was helpful for our needs, but also noticed that even on a busy weekend, parking on the street was easily available. Jason was very accommodating, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay at Drolet the next time we are in Montreal.

We had a wonderful 3 day stay, the property was exactly as listed, extremely quiet and easily accessible. real pride of ownership, and Jacques and Celine went above and beyond as our hosts to make this a very enjoyable weekend. I highly recommend, and would certainly stay here again.

The place was super clean and cozy. Lots of great restaurants and cafes next to it. Close to the metro station and walkable distance from downtown.
