Welcome to La Casa Del Mono! We are a unique place :) Enjoy your own incredible wooden house in the middle of the jungle while having access to our incredible private viewpoint (2 min walk) where you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets. You will find binoculars in your house and hopefully you will be able to see the Monkeys, Toucans and many other birds! We are located only 10-15 minutes walk from Minca town, 15 minutes from Pozo Azul waterfalls and 10 minutes from the hidden waterfall.

This is a beautiful, peaceful and comfortable space located 10 minutes walk from Tayrona National Park entrance, 20 mins car ride from Mendihuaca and 1 hr car ride from Santa Marta City. We offer spacious rooms with mountains views, Rio Piedra river crosses the property making it a unique experience. The temperature is always cool, there is always a nice breeze through the house, you won't experience the Caribbean heat directly. Everything was set up with love thinking of your comfort.

Artisan cabana built with natural materials in the Kogui tradition. 1st floor - table, chairs & 2 hammocks for relaxing + full bathroom. 2nd floor - circular sleeping space w double bed & bunk beds. Spacious & peaceful, this cabana offers a balcony with rocking chairs where you can gaze at the night sky. Mosquito netting provided. Zaino entrance to Tayrona National Park, pharmacies, restaurants & bus stops are a 5-10 min walk. Breakfast & bike rentals available upon request.
