Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Verem

Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Overall, the combination of great hospitality, a lovely setting, and such a well-prepared space made this stay truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

Great place to stay if you're around north goa. Place is squeaky clean and has a home like feeling. It was decided out with all furniture for a complete stay. Highly recommended.

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. We took up residence at Kenneth's home during the week before my wedding. His home was the perfect HQ for my family to rest after the long hours of wedding preparations and he was ever helpful in taking care of our every needs. The home was fully stocked with needed amenities and the stay was very pleasant.

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

We went as a group of friends. The stay was exactly as in the pictures. The pool was clean , all amenities were present. Parking is available, hence we rented a cab. The host was quick to respond and very friendly. Caretaker cleans the place daily includes utensils which is charged per item. I would happily recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great stay in nerul.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Candolim! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The amenities provided made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was perfect—close to all key spots yet peaceful. Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

We had the most amazing stay here! From check-in to check-out, everything was super convenient and smooth. The jacuzzi was an absolute highlight – we spent hours just relaxing and soaking it all in. The rooftop pool and seating area were also incredible, with a view that made the sunset feel extra special. The place is only about a 10-minute drive to the beach, which was perfect for quick trips back and forth. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some treats, and the interiors were cozy, stylish, and made us feel right at home. Both the host and the caretaker were so kind and accommodating – we really appreciated their hospitality. Overall, a solid 10/10 experience. Would definitely love to come back :))

Both Aniket and Amit were very responsive. The location was excellent, and the flat was amazing, offering a luxurious feel. All key locations are within a 10km radius, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It truly is a lavish flat, and I had a wonderful time.

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.
