L’annexe est une maison indépendante située sur 26 000m2 de terrain, avec une piscine partagée de 12m x 4m. Elle a été entièrement rénovée en 2024. Elle a une superficie totale de 90m2, comprenant 2 chambres de 25m2 chacune (2 lits en tout), d’une cuisine équipée de 25m2, d’une salle de bain-WC et d’un hall d’entrée.
