It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

We had an amazing time at this property. Caretakers Manoj & Pramod were always at our service whenever we needed them. The property itself is beautiful & definitely one where you’d want to come back. We spent a lot of time at the villa, which tells you how much at home we felt here. Kudos to everyone involved. Loved it!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

All I can say is WOW! This is hands down one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in Goa. It is brand new, crazy luxurious and has a great host. From the time we arrived, we were amazed at the large garden and private swimming pool. The gazebo is just too cute to hang out with your friends. The rooms all have extra large beds and excellent air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and we made some great breakfast together as a group. I am just waiting to come back and stay here again. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

A Hidden Paradise by the Mangroves! I had the most amazing stay at Pedro’s Mangrove Villa in Goa! From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The villa itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mangroves, offering a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the serene view of the water was absolutely magical. I especially loved the outdoor seating area — perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. we stayed at Sayeri's villa,well maintained villa having all the amenities listed looks exactly like photos we have seen. Caretaker named reshma and swati was very helpful. some point to improve like in kitchen cutlery there ware missing boules, pletes and cooker is very small other point is swimming pool is very small and pool tiles are very sharp this need to remove for safety purpose

I had an amazing experience at this house in Bastora! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The host Allison was very attentive and considerate of our needs. She responded to all queries quickly. The host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of trees and flowering plants. One hears birds chirping all day long. The pergola in front garden is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee,reading or working. The river at the back added a unique and peaceful touch. A nice place to watch birds, and if you are lucky, also see the Otters! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The whole property is included in the package,private, peaceful and all in all a great experience. Clean bathroom, linen and kitchen. The housekeeping staff is also v responsive. They even helped me clean up the car after a drive to the beach. A few cons: It's a bit difficult to locate the first time around. Internet and phone connectivity is sometimes patchy. Would recommend 10/10, internet connectivity can be an issue if you are doing a workation

great place to stay and good amount of space to really land and feel like you can live here. jeveton was also super helpful and a kind host. with a scooter it's a great location for north or south goa.

What a superb place, exactly how the pictures described it. Lots of open space, lots of natural light coming in, a great pool and superb house keepers. Shrish did a great job at keeping the place up to date throughout. Only complaint would be that even though the sheets and towels are changed daily they look a bit worn out now. Other than that a great place, close to almost all the popular places (10-15 mins). Will definitely come here again

We fell in love with this property. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Everything was well kept and labelled. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The place was absolutely clean. The caretaker Badal was one of the sweetest and the kindest caretaker I have come across. He was very responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will keep coming back whenever we are Goa!

Just got back today and couldn’t resist reviewing the place. The villa felt like home. Everything from the interior to the front and back yard to the terrace space was incredible. The hosts were super kind and helpful. It was our home for 5 days and we loved every second of it. Even though it was raining heavily and we couldn’t do much, we totally loved spending time relaxing in the villa and the pool. Will definitely stay here when I visit Goa again.

Our stay at Casaflip was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 7, with 4 adults, 2 teenagers & a kid. Rooms & bathrooms were spotlessly clean, thanks to the daily cleaning of the caretaker, Mr.Parshuram. He was very accommodating to our needs. Provided additional clean towels & pillows on request. Unit is bang on the main road with easy access to Mapusa on one side & Anjuna, Baga, Calangute on the other side. Parking is available for 2 vehicles, side by side as the villa consists of two, 3bhk units sharing a common wall in between, named Amber & Azure. Swimming pool is common for both units. Few suggestions would be, to improve ceiling Fan speed in the living room & dinning area as there is no A/C installed. Swimming pool lights were difficult to locate. Would be great to provide 10 hangers inside each wardrobe to hang clothes else the same gets placed on beds, chairs, teapoy etc...Overall it was a pleasurable stay and would highly recommend to all.
