Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

The place feels right at home, beautifully crafted with plush pool. The rooms are very nicely done with great outdoor deck at first floor overlooking pool. Shivam and other co hosts are as responsive as it gets. Right there on feet to help you out. Overall a great place with wonderful amenities.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure everything was smooth right from check-in to check-out. A special mention to the caretaker, Santosh – he was incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His presence definitely added to the comfort of our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and relaxing getaway!

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Had an incredible stay! Angira, the host was absolutely amazing—super responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The house itself is just perfect: great vibes, A1 location, and the ventilation is honestly underrated—so breezy and comfortable. Bonus: she owns an awesome bar right next door called Pablos—highly recommend dropping by for a drink or two. It’s the kind of spot you’ll want to keep coming back to. Would 100% stay again!

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. The interiors are tastefully done, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy lounging areas. The private pool was a highlight-clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout. Its location is ideal-close to popular cafes and beaches yet peaceful enough for a tranquil getaway. This stay was absolutely incredible! The property was even better than the photos, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and had everything I could possibly need. The hosts truly went above and beyond to take care of me. From check-in to check-out, they were kind, responsive nd genuinely welcoming. I felt completely at home the entire time. This place is a gem and the hosts are simply splendid.

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Apartment was in a gated society. A peaceful place at travellable distance from the beaches in North Goa. Totally worth it!

We had such a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful — she gave us great recommendations on places to visit and things to do, and was always available whenever we needed anything. The home was perfect for our family — I stayed with my husband, our 5-year-old daughter, and my parents, and we all felt so comfortable and welcomed. The highlight was definitely the pool, which our daughter absolutely loved! Everything was clean, cozy, and just as described. It was a truly lovely experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Nitin's place in Arpora! The location was convenient and peaceful perfect for a relaxing Goan getaway. The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nitin was an excellent host, always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable spot in North Goa. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place looked exactly like the photo beautiful and true to what was shown online. The view was stunning, and the entire stay was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It was the perfect getaway.The only issue we faced was with the parking. While they do provide parking, the space is quite small. If you're driving a larger vehicle like a Thar or an SUV, it can be a bit challenging to park. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time there!

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

Best place ever came across to stay with family& friends in goa If you’re looking pleasant stay The place is more than a pictures given on airBNB you would really love It has everything u look for like basic household things washing machine, water purifier as it is not shown in picture and didn’t even mentioned You have nearyby famous restaurant fatfish and everything is nearby from this place we even cooked our own food for a day in our stay we enjoyed alott and i would like to give as many stars or rating to the caretaker nameD ANUPA very humble and trustworthy and comes on a single call if we need anything and overall i would like to give 10/10 to this property
