In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Pain Percheron

1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. This peaceful accommodation is a former hairdressing salon completely renovated with private parking in the cul-de-sac, which will allow you to have a pleasant stay, close to shops and a fishing pond. It is composed on the ground floor of a fitted kitchen and dining area, a living room area (convertible sofa) and a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine/dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms with adult bed, TV, possibility of crib and a toilet with sink.

Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage fully rehabilitated in 2019 in respect of the Percheron building (old tiles, lime coating, exposed beams...).
