We loved our peaceful stay at Kari’s Airbnb. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the raptors, soaking in the hot tub, and making snores over the fire pit. Can’t wait to come back!

Our trip exceeded all expectations. The home was beautiful inside and comfortable with such high quality amenities. The kitchen has stocked up with any utensils and pans you'd need. The hot tub was great and had a beautiful view to look out at. This is a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice, clean, well-stocked rental home. Beautiful big yard which is great for kids to play in. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings, after leaving to explore the area during the day. Beautiful views of the Mississippi River. This home is a bit back from the edge of the bluffs so the view was partially obscured by trees but some areas were trimmed free of trees for us to see out. Would have loved a more direct line of site to the sunset (only complaint!) -- next time, we'll rent one of their homes right on the bluff! :) Great location to launch from -- we went to La Crosse, Prairie du Chien, and Viroqua for day trips.

This was the perfect get away with my kids! It was close enough to LaCrosse for us to enjoy a pizza dinner on the Steamboat cruise, then a day at the Children’s museum. Emma’s place was the perfect size for us and so peaceful and quiet (with the exception of the train). So, the earplugs were perfect! It also had everything we needed! I would LOVE to visit Emma’s place again.

The cabin was spotless and decorated beautifully. The location was so peaceful and within a short drive to Lacrosse. We especially loved the hot tub and visits from the dogs (we called them over). Derek was very responsive and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location.

Awesome spot to stay if you're in the area fishing like I was. 15 minutes to some of the best trout fishing in the country and this spot makes an awesome base camp. Gunnar and Keri are super hosts and made everything easy for us. Their spot is quaint easy and quiet with plenty of room.

The cabin is in a beautiful location and the huge front space was so great for the dogs. I really appreciated her ease of check in and her prompt response time. She was flexible with us regarding our check out time and that was hugely appreciated . This was our second time at the cabin and will always recommend

Looking for a relaxing weekend with the family with a ton of potential for memories that last a lifetime? Look no further than this hidden gem in De Soto. I've frequently traveled south craving "southern hospitality", little did I know, just a couple hours north had "Midwestern hospitality"! Justin was very responsive initially when asking about his property, very knowledgeable about surrounding activities as well as great watering holes if you catch my drift. The cabin is decorated perfectly and it immediately makes you take a deep breath and smile knowing that you are home. There is plenty of room for you and your family to stretch out, play games, go fishing off of your own private dock, walk to the Rivers Edge and grab a bite to eat (less than a 5 minute walk), etc. If you've got a boat, bring it!! Don't miss out on the local wineries at your stay either! rate 10/5! Can't wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. It was so peaceful and secluded. Loved being able to have our dogs with us on this trip as well. We were able to enjoy a fire on our first night and grilled on the second night. We also kayaked the Kickapoo river which was only a few miles from the cabin. We will definitely be back very soon.

7 girls on their 1st ever girls trip to a remote cabin in the woods.... 10/10 recommend! The drive there was beautiful, lots of wildlife to see, even on the property. The cabin is just like the pictures. There are the bare essentials as far as kitchen/bathroom supplies, but this isn't the ritz, its a cabin. There is quite the eclectic taste of knick knacks everywhere throughout the cabin. It was fun fiding different treasures througout the weekend and even sometimes comical. We unfortunately were not able to use the hot tub because it was being replaced but the hosts worked with us on ways to compensate us to make up for it. I've never met Charity but after having one conversation with her on the phone, she felt like my best friend after! We enjoyed reading, walks, plenty of games, Bob Ross paintings on the patio and laughing until we were crying. We only had one close encounter with a rabbit upon our arrival but we all fared well in the end! We will definitely be trying to come back!

Really nice place with a large screened in porch.Nice View The patio was very nice. Also, if you like darts, there's an inside and outside board. Very nice entertaining option.

Michael was hands down the best Airbnb host I've ever had. he went way above and beyond for us in every way possible. I will definitely be back in the future.

This property is in a peaceful setting with a great home. Log cabin with completely new interior and clean. New furnishings throughout with everything you need. Great communication with quick responses!! Loved it. We’ll be back!!

Beautiful cabin in a scenic, peaceful setting. Very close to the Kickapoo Valley Reserve and Wildcat Mountain State Park. The kitchenette has ample space and utensils to prepare meals. We loved the balcony to sit and relax at the end of the day, and watched deer and listened to barred owls. We look forward to a return visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Connie’s property! The location was ideal. We loved the feeling of staying at a cozy cabin in the woods, but also being able to easily drive into Viroqua for a delicious meal or cup of coffee. We were thoroughly delighted with Viroqua, what a great little town! We had an excellent time exploring Viroqua and the surrounding countryside. I definitely recommend Connie’s property as a cozy retreat and home base for exploring Viroqua.

This was an incredibly peaceful retreat great for a reset! Our host was amazing! We had bad weather days between excessive heat and thunderstorms while we were there. Kari checked in via email almost daily to ensure we were doing alright and had everything we needed. We could not have been more pleased with the surroundings and the hospitality! 20/10 would recommend!
