Beach house holiday rentals in Vero Beach

This was a last minute trip for our family before our daughter left for the summer. She wanted to go to the beach and Airbnb found this place for us. Honestly, we didn't expect a private beach with so little activity, but I don't know if we can go back to sharing a beach after staying at this place. The house was perfect for the three of us and our dog, who is almost 17 years old and hasn't been to a beach in nine years. We were able to walk on the beach for miles and enjoyed some extended family time. Lindsey checked on us after we checked in and made us feel very welcomed. We were there for two days since that's all the days available, but we'll be going back hopefully sometime soon.

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

If you’re thinking of staying here don’t second guess it it’s worth EVERY PENNY!! The house is perfect it’s literally a dream. My little family loved everything about it! We are 6mins from the beach the host were amazing and so helpful and they even brand us all the things we needed to make s’mores in the fireplace. You will not regret it my family had an amazing time

This was honestly one of the best vacation homes we have booked! Simon was so quick to respond and made the entire week super easy for us. We had the most relaxing time doing all the water sports we love all within a mile from the house. The home is spotless and has brand new interior, crisp, white and clean. We were not able to pull our boat up to the dock due to the low tide/muck but that was not a problem at all since there are super nice boat ramps less than a mile away with tons of parking for your trailer and easy in/out. With fresh fish markets nearby we ate a different fish every night using the charcoal grill and the well equipped kitchen. The beds are wonderful and comfy. We slept great the entire week. The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. Thank you so much Simon for a great vacation! We will be back!!

We had a family vacation to experience the ocean and grandson to try and surf. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day of doing things around town. Washer and dryer were great as well were traveling and needed to do clothes. The owner was awesome to work with on a couple things we called her about. Other than that we will definitely stay there again if ever coming back to the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful family vacation! 4 adults and 2 children. The hose was amazing and had everything we needed plus some. We cooked at home every day and did not find the kitchen lacking in any way. The beds and pillows were comfortable, neighborhood quiet and peaceful We would definitely recommend this house!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Erin’s home! It is a very short walk to the beach and super spacious with enough room for our family of five. Our kids enjoyed the toys and games there when we were done at the beach. Erin was super helpful and great with communication, would love to stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. We somehow locked ourselves out on the first night there and John was quick to respond. The pool got plenty of use with our kids. My favorite part of the house was its location right on the canal. We went paddle boarding and seen manatees and dolphins several times. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall the house was nice and John was a great host.

Absolute wonderful place to stay, very close to the ocean, very safe, and fun activities to do around the area without having to leave the neighborhood. 10/10 will be staying there again next time we go down.

Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

Everyone in the group had something nice they just loved about the place. Of course the kids enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay, my dad love how comfortable the place felt, and I enjoyed how cozy the beds and sheets were. Especially after being the beach all day! Speaking of the beach me and my daughter also enjoyed nightly walks to the beach was only about a 19min walk. An experience we will able to cherish forever! We loved everything about the place, they had everything we needed and some.

Wow! My husband and I were really blown away by how beautiful this spot is. If you’re looking for a nostalgic beach house with a beautiful view of the ocean this house is definitely worth booking. The back deck overlooking the beach is perfect. I LOVED how accessible the beach is. We enjoyed getting up & watching the sunrise every morning as we drank coffee. The bed was perfect with super soft linens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as far as glassware & utensils go. Overall the house was very clean and cool enough to escape the heat. We felt very safe in the area and the neighbors/beachgoers were all very sweet. We will definitely be rebooking! Thank you so much for having us! We wish we didn’t have to leave 😭🫶🏻😘

What a wonderful place to stay! There was so much to do at the house to stay entertained, we barely wanted to leave. They provide literally everything you could need, and even had welcome snacks when we arrived. The house is close to a ton of great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the beach. We would definitely come back again in the future.

We Loved it here!! Sam is a Top Notch Host!Knowledgeable and Genuine!This cottage was absolutely perfect…stunning views, classy beach decor and spotless clean.The pool is dreamy and the water is a perfectly mild temperature.Two of the days we had the entire pool to ourselves.Less than 10 minutes from all stores and restaurants imaginable.Less than a 10 minute drive to the beach.I recommend catching the sunrise at Jensen Beach where you will be greeted by a multitude of seashells and sea turtle tracks in the sand. Make sure that you check out the downtown area for an outdoor market and live music on Thursday evenings.Just two very minor things to note, this particular cottage does not have a rooftop balcony as mentioned in the listing and the shower water temperature/water pressure are very mild. These two things did not take away from our personal experience at all, just worth mentioning. We hope to be Lucky enough to visit this little Slice of Heaven sometime in the near future!

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

The Wilson beach house was absolutely fantastic! The house felt extremely homey and comfortable and was perfect for our long weekend! The view from the living room/back porch overlooking the beach is amazing! The garage is also extremely well equipped with tons of chairs, paddle boards, kayaks etc. i will 100% be booking this house for my next beach outing

We had an amazing family vacation with four generations of family members. Everyone had a great time from the Great Grandparents to the two year old. The house is beautiful, comfortable and there is lots of fun activities or you can just relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in this area.

Had a great stay, cleans, quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of live oaks and close to the very cool old citrus road jungle trail. We felt very comfortable here. Martin had clear easy instructions. We never had to ask any questions, we had everything we needed. Access onto the property was easy.

Everything was wonderful! Loved the home, the balconies, the beach! Perfect getaway place for us. In addition to being beautiful, Everything was super clean and functional.
