Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Versailles

Perfect. stay. Apartment is comfortable and nicely updated. It had everything we needed for our month stay. It’s within easy walking distance of several groceries, boulangeries, shops and restaurants. The Chateau de Versailles is a short walk from the apartment where we especially enjoyed visiting the gardens during the Water and Music displays. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from two stations (RER/SNCF) with a third station a little further making it easy to enjoy all that Paris and the region has to offer while returning to the relative calm of Versailles. Would definitely rent this apartment again.

We had a fabulous short 2 night stay while visiting Versailles. Very comfortable beds, lovely decor in the living spaces & well-equipped kitchen & laundry facilities. It’s on a quiet street & close to a lovely bakery & mini supermarket. Clear & detailed instructions prior to check-in. We were able to meet Cathy for check-in - who was lovely. An unexpected highlight was we were able to see the fireworks from Versailles while they had events on. The little waffles was a nice (and delicious) touch. Thank you! Good to note there are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment if accessibility is an issue.

Nathalie is an accomplished, kind and caring hostess. The studio is clean, perfectly arranged, functional and the decoration neat. We enjoyed the calm and serene atmosphere. The small garden is just as pretty and neat and its view from the living room direct. Its location is perfect for visiting Versailles, its city, its castle and its surroundings. We highly recommend this place, nothing is missing to be comfortable.

Good location with ease of walkability to grocery stores, local shops, and of course the Versailles Palace. Low ceilings upstairs, but is mentioned in the listing as well as the guide in the unit. A very engaging location with plenty to do while in the unit and nearby. Helpful host who was open and communicative about check-in and accessibility.

Just after I had almost lost faith in bnb accommodations, came across Alexander’s place! It was perfect and one cannot find a fault. Clean, utensils clean and don’t need to wash before use, clean linen and all supplies have been kept generously, unlike many hosts who make sure not to keep more than one toilet roll or more than two tea bags etc. No one uses supplies indiscriminately but the generosity of the host is reflective of the host. Great location… stones throw form the bus stop, a few minutes walk from the train station and about 10-15 mins walk from the palace. All in all, perfect to a T!

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment in a lovely setting. We had our two teenage children with us and we were all very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed including a fan, good a/c, and ample space to relax. The use of the washer/dryer was especially helpful. Elisabeth was proactive, helpful, and kind in her communication. She went above and beyond by leaving some pizzas, wine, water, and croissants in the fridge/freezer for us. Her recommendations list was also helpful and we walked to a delightful bakery and cheese shop nearby for a couple of simple meals. The tube elevator was fun to use. We loved that Elisabeth’s dog was in the yard on occasion (not at all bothersome - a welcome friend!). He was so sweet and my kids adored him. Very good stay and we would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. The house is exceptional and the host is just as exceptional. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details and attentions. It was even better than anything I could see/imagine. The host is lovely and gave us a great welcome. I can only recommend this place and I will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Great value for money and urban location

This is the second time we have come to Charline's accommodation and we are still very satisfied, very clean, very well equipped and very quiet. Thank you Charline, you know how to welcome and we will be back.

Perfect house for a relaxing break with friends We were there with 8 people and could not have wished for better accommodation! The house is beautiful, very stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was a real highlight - ideal for chilling, surrounded by beautiful nature and absolute tranquility. At the same time, the location is super convenient: you can get to Paris in a short time - both by train and by car. We tried both, quite easily. The hosts were friendly, helpful and everything worked smoothly. A place to feel good, relax and at the same time perfectly connected – absolute recommendation!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Happy with our stay, the accommodation is great, convenient and pleasant. The area is quiet, I highly recommend it.

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!
