There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. Hans and I rent out our lovely renovated cottage by the Wadden Sea. The house is large, spacious and cozy. There is a spa, an activity room with table tennis and a large outdoor area. Distance to the Wadden Sea is 1.5 km and about 20 km to Rømø with wide white beaches. There are shopping opportunities in Skærbæk and Højer. There is peace and quiet, but with plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area. The area is part of the Wadden Sea National Park. In autumn, you can experience the "Black Sun". Stort familie hus med stor have og gå afstand til vadehavet. Fra haven kan vadehavet ses i horisonten og færgen på vej til den tyske ø Sild kan ses. De gode vandrestier omkring Ballum går lige forbi huset. 20km til Rømø strand, 20 km til den tyske grænse, 30km til Ribe, en times kørsel til Legoland i Billund og 1 times kørsel til Esbjerg. I Ballum 1km fra huset er en lille købmand, hvor man kan handle når man vil, fordi det er selvbetjening.
