Enjoy life on idyllic Jeløya in a cozy, newly renovated house! 5 minutes from the beach and beautiful hiking trails in the landscape conservation area. 1 kilometer to the center of Moss and the train station and 30 min with train to Oslo. The house was refurbished in 2023 and consists of a social ground floor with everything needed to cook and have a good time together! On the first floor there are three bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub. There is the possibility of several beds. Porch with sea view and barbecue, warm winter garden and fire pit.

Great view of the Oslofjord. Short distance to outdoor areas, playgrounds, public transport, lake and great hiking areas. There are several nice beaches in the immediate vicinity. We primarily rent out to quiet families with children. The tenant must be at least 25 years old. The home is suitable for 7 people, plus any children in a travel cot (included).

The house has 3 bedrooms (one larger and two smaller), two small living rooms (one can be used for extra bedrooms), a large and well-equipped kitchen and large hallway. One of the living rooms is currently used as a playroom. Here are both books and toys that you can use. The house is a short distance to both swimming opportunities, coastal path and the city center.

The villa is located on idyllic Husøy on the outskirts of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with approx. 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several beaches, a football pitch and a beautiful coastal path. The nearest beach about 350 meters from the house has a jetty, beach, playground and volleyball court. Here you can also find Ole3, a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bicycles on the boat. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg Brygge by car.

Large house located in a well-established and child-friendly residential area in Husvikåsen in Tønsberg municipality, 5 km from Tønsberg city center. From the home there is a short drive to Husvik school with playground equipment, public transport, lake, beach and great hiking areas. Husvik is located close to the sea and there are several swimming areas and beaches nearby. It is only a small walk down to Klopp beach and marina. The coastal trail is popular. I primarily want to rent out to families with children
