Ce gîte de plain pied, récent et unique,a été réalisé avec des matériaux nobles: mélèze brossé, badigeon à la chaux, fer et bois. Avec une ouverture vitrée sur les montagnes sans aucun vis à vis ,détendez-vous dans ce logement CALME et ÉLÉGANT dans la vallée préservée et sauvage du VALGAUDEMAR dans les HAUTES-ALPES. Randonnée,ski de fond,raquettes... de nombreuses activités loin des grands complexes touristiques mais tellement proche de la nature et de ses habitants. SITE EN PLEINE NATURE.

We welcome you to a new, independent studio on the ground floor of our family home. A unique room with 3 spaces defined and designed for your comfort, separate shower room. Ideally located in the charming village of Montmaur, 20 minutes from the Dévoluy resorts and 5 minutes from Veynes, its amenities and its body of water. Whether you're athletic or lazy, you'll find what you're looking for! Access to the studio by a few stone steps, not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Gîte au pied du Dévoluy - 40m²/4 pers - Poêle bois

In a quiet subdivision, you will be welcomed in a 40 m2 cottage with a warm wooden interior with a small garden. You will find a renovated dining area, a living room with sofa bed and a mezzanine with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. A stove will warm you up after your day in the great outdoors. The cottage is independent but we can tell you about activities and places to discover. Ski resort, water park and lake 15 minutes away. Amenities 5 minutes away.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Come and experience an extraordinary night. The dome is located in a small quiet valley. wake up with the birds singing. Look up at the sky during the day to observe vultures and at night to marvel at the splendor of the stars. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is minimalist (20 m²) but very cozy and functional. It is ideal for a couple or family with a child. Ideally located, you will be a two-minute walk from all the shops in the village (grocery store, butcher shop, bakeries, pharmacy, doctor's office, pizza trucks, restaurant, etc.). Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and cleaning are included in the price.

Ideally located in the Parc des Écrins, quiet and surrounded by nature. YAPLUKA enjoy the spring water, the azure sky and your private jacuzzi available all year round (€40 for a 1.5-hour session for 2 to be booked on site). In a 6000 m2 park surrounded by mountains and close to hiking trails and four ski resorts in winter.
