Beachfront holiday rental in Viale Europa

We decided to stay one night in Civitavecchia before boarding our cruise, and it turned out to be an excellent choice thanks to Monia’s wonderful hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making sure we were comfortable in her beautiful apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The place is incredibly cozy and peaceful—you immediately feel at home. Every detail is just as described, and the apartment is beautifully maintained. The location is also perfect: right in the center, with plenty of charming spots to explore within walking distance. Monia’s recommendations for places to visit and eat were spot on and helped us make the most of our short stay. We definitely recommend this place, and we’ll be back—next time for a longer visit to discover more of this lovely part of Italy.

Wonderful stay from the moment we arrived. Quirky home with well equip kitchen. Local area is fantastic, and the little beach with private access was great.

The apartment is characterized by impeccable cleanliness and excellent location, a stone's throw from the lakefront and the village of Bolsena. Communication with Maurizio was great.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay. Location is fabulous- close to the water, a short walk to the free shuttle for cruises. The home was updated, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Big king bed, large TV’s, great AC in every room. Daniel was an amazing host, very quick to respond, made dining suggestions and reservations, offered transfer. Definitely one of the best AirBNb’s we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!!! Perfect for a pre or post cruise stay!

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

Had a great stay here! We were able to check in early and was greeted by the owner with espresso and peach cake! Echo provided helpful translation when needed. We also received an invitation to the family's alpaca farm that night. The room itself was very clean and cutely appointed. We were only there for one night, but it had all the basics we needed with the exception of dish soap. The pool was a fabulous respite from the extreme heat - it's not a lap pool but plenty of room to swim around and relax. It is located an easy walk across the street to the lake. About a five minute walk to the grocery store. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the top of town. about a 20 minute walk from the train station. We ate at Ostteria le Scalette & had a great meal. We took a passagiatta through town after dinner & came across a marching jazz band that processed through town. All around a great trip to Castiglione Del Lago! Would highly recommend Residence Rainieri & the town and hope to be able to visit again!

VACATION BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024/25. WONDERFUL CHALET WITH COZY ATMOSPHERE, DESPITE THE SEASON WE HAD THE GREAT LUCK WITH OUR DOGS TO ENJOY SOME SUN! WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. Our family had a great time at this villa. It has everything you need and much more for a great beachfront vacation in Italy. The private access to the beach is definitely the best highlight of all!

Wonderful location with fantastic view of the sea. Very large, lovely garden. Perfect privacy. At the back of the domain, however, the owner has his own place to stay, with its own entrance. Fortunately, the owner was not present during our period, because that would have reduced that perfect privacy feeling a bit. It is an older villa but equipped with every comfort. Modern well equipped bathrooms. The kitchen is also very functional, but not modernized. We knew that in advance, because you can clearly see it in the photos. Silva is a perfect host : proactive and very friendly. The extra cleaning events we had requested were also perfectly arranged by Silva and excellently performed by Sabrina. The only downside of the location and the entire area is that there are many mosquitoes.

The house itself is a gem in the heart of a charming landscape full of peace and beauty. But beyond that, Nurit helped us in an extraordinary way to make our stay there particularly successful. This is especially in light of our failure to rent a car. She was in touch, incredibly available and with golden advice throughout our stay!

We had a party of 9 staying here before a cruise and the space was great! The space was very accommodating and walkable to everything we needed and the cruise terminal. Paulo was the best host I have ever interfaced with. He was so helpful, responsive, and timely. All other hosts in the future will be graded against him.

Very cute place, good location!

Super flat right overlooking the sea. Little balcony to sit and watch the waves. Right near train station to be able to go to Rome for a day. Promenade below had lots of nice little restaurants and a flat walk into the town centre. Flat quiet with windows closed, even at very busy time. All very well organised and clean, with a helpful host. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Ideal stopover a few days before embarking on cruise . Taxis for port from station needs to be thought through ahead . Best book your transfer/shuttle bus possible .- highly recommend this flat.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

If you ever have the chance to stay in Trevignano, Romano, Italy, and are looking for a beautiful house to stay in with a private location, I would absolutely recommend Loredana at the Golden keys Airbnb! She was extremely friendly, very helpful and responded quickly when we had any type of question for her. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It had a nice long, private gated driveway with a beautiful yard with fruit trees. The house, and the grounds were clean, and clutter free when we arrived. Loredana had also suggested a few places for us to go that were in close proximity to the House location. We would definitely return to her house if we were ever in that area!

We really liked the view from the terrace, something incredible, the variety is suitable for housing. Very friendly owner quickly answered our questions, very friendly and knows her job. We are delighted with the location. The only thing this accommodation needs is Wi-Fi and air conditioning. For us, the Internet was a problem we came from Canada because we had no connection. But we liked everything else very much! Thanks to the owner and the member sincere congratulations!

Claudio’s place was perfect for our stay before our cruise. He was super helpful with recommendations in the area and even got us a private driver to pick us up from the airport. He gave clear directions where to go to the cruise port. He also stopped by when we checked in to make sure everything was good for our stay! We would definitely stay again
