We had a very nice stay. The apartment is cozy and especially fully furnished. Parking was easy to do via the public parking lots. Despite the fact that there was a thoroughfare a little further on, we had all the peace and quiet we needed. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area. Also the contact with the host was very pleasant. I'd recommend to everyone.

Very good stay, very nice accommodation. A pretty quiet village. Sabine is a very welcoming and available host. Access to the apartment's parking is a little tight if you have a large vehicle. But there are free places easily accessible a few steps from the accommodation.

The environment is quiet, while remaining close to shops and main roads, which is very convenient. Jérôme was an available host, responsive and really concerned about our comfort, while remaining discreet. Access to the garage was also a real plus, very convenient. Damien takes the trouble to provide everything for his guests (coffee, garbage bag, shower gel, shampoo, towels, etc.) In the city center of Brioude, you can do everything on foot, many restaurants nearby. Amazing stay! I had a great time at this listing. Everything was perfectly as advertised, or even better! The bed was huge and ultra comfortable. The decor is nice and neat, which makes the place even more pleasant. Special mention for the jacuzzi, super easy to use and ideal for relaxing. Responsive and very welcoming host. 100% recommend and will come back without hesitation!

Beautifully refurbished accommodation, fully customizable. Close to the hyper center, a few meters from bars and restaurants. The spa was great, the shower very pleasant and the services really perfect (Netflix, breakfast, towels and bathrobes, shower gel, coffee...) We had a lovely stay at Florence and Nicolas' place, who are wonderful hosts and were always on hand with help and advice. The apartment is in a very quiet and calm location with a beautiful garden and lots of green. The appartment is very well equipped, clean, and pleasantly cool when the outside temperature is warm. Good for up to four people with plenty of outside space. The surrounding area is beautiful. Definitely recommended.
