The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use grill/quincho you have to book 7 days in advance. We consulted the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no inconvenience.

Adrián is a wonderful host—always kind, helpful, and welcoming. I come to Buenos Aires almost every year, and I always choose to stay here. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Marcia was nice and proud of her apartment. It was cute for sure and had most everything you needed. It was a tiny bit dark but otherwise a super cute place with a nice terrace, washer, kitchen. And bed was very comfortable

I very much enjoyed my stay but after 2 weeks my back and hip experienced some soreness. The reason was due to the bed. Much too soft for me. So if you require a firm mattress this is not for you.

The apartment has a beautiful view of the river that I am going to miss a lot. I was really enjoying the pool in the three summer months. The apartment was super bright and very comfortable. The internet was stable enough to work and the atmosphere was super pleasant. Marcia was always attentive and even got us a bombilla so we could drink mate.

We arrived at Diego's place on a Friday afternoon that was pouring, he was always attentive and in contact to wait for us. When we arrived, he was waiting for us and showed us the apartment. I want to highlight that it is half a block from the Otamendi Theater. When he told us how to check out, he was kind enough to tell us that if we needed a little more time, there was no problem, which is not common in the accommodations I have attended. Returning to the apartment, it is in an excellent location, super bright and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it
