La casa tiene una excelente vista al mar en todos sus espacios, cuanta con juegos para niños, jacuzzi para 8 personas, hamaca en el bosque y un quincho muy equipado y colindante con los juegos para niños. El condominio esta muy bien desarrollado con accesos, caminos, pistas de bicicleta, pumptruck, acceso privado a una playa en la que solo puedes llegar por el condominio, en esa playa hay 3 quinchos con techo, asientos y parrillas para bajar y poder disfrutar en familia y amigos.
