It is the first villa in a circuit of 6 villas with direct access to the dam, a private jetty and a wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and heated swimming pool. The stairs to the bedroom are steep and not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

Please read the description: T2 on the first floor of villa in the town of Rio Caldo- Gerês. River beach access (Praia da Barca). Equipped kitchen, barbecue, linens and towels. Wifi. Air conditioning (for this reason we did not provide firewood for the fireplace). As it is an apartment in a house with several spaces, the exterior can be used as a passageway by other people. However, there is an outdoor table and chairs for the exclusive use of the guests.
