Excellent apartment in a spectacular area of Isla Verde Beach, located on the beach with direct access to it. The apartment has one bedroom suite with King Size bed, second bedroom with two Queen Size beds. There are two full bathroom. Toilette of reception. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. It has a breakfast bar. Super comfortable and spacious modern living room. Incredible view of the SEA, balcony with table and chairs.

If you come with pets we need to know in advance and you will pay $200 per pet upon arrival in cash. I have free parking upon request before arrival. High velocity WIFI. 24/7 care and water tanks and plant (since Maria the companies cut water and electricity often)
