Villa holiday rentals in Vieux-Habitants

I spent three days, two nights in this villa: the setting is really peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, no unpleasant surprises. The pool is great, well maintained, and no disturbance around — it's quiet from morning to night. The rooms are pleasant, you sleep well. No complaints, it was a good time.

I had a great time staying at this place! Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, and everything was perfectly clean and well prepared. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, with neat decoration, a cozy atmosphere and all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant, and close to all amenities: restaurants, small local shops... It's the perfect place to relax. A big thank you to the host for their availability, responsiveness and attention. I would recommend this Airbnb without a second thought

This is a glorious home. The photos don't do it justice. It's like being immersed in a jungle oasis with a beautiful ocean view. We loved the outdoor kitchen and bathrooms and spent most of our time on the spacious upper balcony. I wanted to set up my office there, it felt like a home away from home. The access to the nearby beach resort and restaurant was a nice perk. The owner Bruno was very gracious and even drove us to get pizza the first night since the restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. All 8 of us had the most wonderful time. Expectations exceeded = highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Lawrence’s place as a family with 3 kids and 1 grandparent. The view is just magnificent! The town of St-Anne and it’s beach are not far away and bigger grocery store Leclerc is at 20mins.

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

We had a great time staying at Daniel and Sylvie's place. Four , what space! A real house very well arranged, with a sublime view of the sunsets 🌅 ( the weather was not very mild but we were able to admire a few! ). The bedding is excellent, the location is very quiet, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The house is rented with a dog and 2 or 3 adorable country cats that roam freely, beware of people who fear animals! Air conditioning is available at night, and in the early afternoon. Hot water depends on daily sunshine. Perfect stay in Bouillante, with turtles 🐢 just down the house! We will come back with pleasure! Thank you Sylvie!

The accommodation is beautiful, the cleaning is impeccable, incredible exterior. Super well located accommodation. We spent 10 wonderful days at Domaine Simini with a lovingly caring host and caretaker service.

We loved this place! Sylvette is very welcoming too. It's true that the place is a little noisy with the cars passing by, but we haven't been bothered much by the noise. We enjoyed the pool and garden.

We are returning from a stay in Guadeloupe at Yvan and Karine's of which we will keep a very good memory. The residence was very well maintained with beautiful gardens located in St FRANCOIS NEARBY all amenities. The villa within the residence has been renovated and offers all the necessary equipment. the responsiveness of the hosts and Angela was very nice. Looking forward to returning for a future stay in Guadeloupe.

An expectional, beautiful, spacious well equipped home. The rooms and bathrooms, the pool etc, it was all lovely. We felt at home the moment we stepped in. Cedric was an excellent host and the communication was great. I look forward to staying there again and wish Cedric all the best.
