Apartment holiday rentals in Vieux Lyon

Guillaumes space is just a few paces from the bustle, which means it is also relatively quiet and private. We loved the use of space. A winding stairwell and a mezzanine bed may not work for everyone but we found that it gave us freedom, comfort, privacy and room to relax. Super nice to look out the window and watch the passers by pass by. The sights, cafes and bars of the old town are literally just around the corner…yet it feels a less busy, more chilled. We loved it. Guillaume was friendly and briskly responsive. Everything was clean and in working order.

Patrick is a lovely man who went to the trouble to meet us at the entrance and show us around the excellent unit and to offer any help we may need. It has everything you could need for a stay and is so conveniently located on the walking street with spectacular views from the balcony all the way up to the square. The lift is very convenient as it would be difficult to walk up 6 floors of stairs. It is in easy walking distance to the Metro and many restaurants across the square If you are coming to Lyon I highly recommend Patricks place to stay

We found this beautiful apartment to be very well located, spotless and meeting all of our needs during our stay. Great mattress, lots of towels, a variety of kitchen utensils, dishware and glassware. And there is a dryer! We look forward to returning.

A beautiful small apartment with excellent location in old city,just above restaurants and bars but yet with good isolation,it was quiet and we had a good sleep.Elevator available and easy self check in after detailed instructions by Veronique. You are welcomed in clean space,nice kitchen with coffee and tea,comfortable bed for two and toilet with toiletiers.Great value for the money recommended.

perfect location to do everything on foot. great ease of communication with Fabrice, very responsive, impeccable cleanliness, quiet, very secure access. the only downside is parking when traveling by car but Fabrice gave us all the possibilities that we could explore. Pauline's apartment is beautifully decorated and fits perfectly for two people. It is quiet and yet really good in relation to the good neighborhoods in Lyon. Please note that the apartment is located at the top and that there are a number of stairs to climb - it can be difficult with a large, heavy suitcase.

We had an absolutely magnificent stay at Jules’ apartment. Everything was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Lyon, and the apartment itself felt like a real home from home. Jules was a fantastic host — clear, friendly communication and thoughtful touches throughout. It made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. Truly a 5-star stay. We’d love to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Lyon.

Very cosy apartment for two with all you need in perfect location

The apartment is flooded with beautiful, gorgeous light thanks to wide, tall windows that open onto the street and a verdant garden and hill. For exploring old Lyon it's perfect. Apartment was tidy, and suitable for any length of stay. I strongly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay in this stylish and cozy flat. It’s the perfect size for a couple and we felt right at home. Lots of thoughtful design touches and iced green tea upon arrival!

Small but perfect for a short stay in the centre of Lyon. It looks inwards to a quiet courtyard so it’s not noisy despite being in the heart of the city. A cool area of a few hip bars and restaurants is very close with all the rest of Lyon easily accessible by foot or public transport. Happy to recommend for a short visit to Lyon.

Great place to stay true to photos

The accommodation is exactly the same as in the description: beware that there will be 4 floors to climb for your suitcases and the apartment is then on 3 levels with a small staircase to go from the kitchen to the bathroom, then another to access the bedroom. But the view is worth the detour and the apartment is superbly located in the middle of old Lyon. I highly recommend it!

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the reviews of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Absolutely loved our stay — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well-equipped for light meals. The neighborhood was quiet but well-located, with easy access to public transportation and great local bakeries. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely stay here again — five stars all around!

Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram, etc.). Quiet residence and great and easy to use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very nice host.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! A bakery 5 steps away, a small supermarket and a lovely little restaurant 10 steps away. Away from the crowds, still close to everything and with good connections. In Lyon, we loved most the Lumière brothers Film museum and museums telling about the silk industry.
