Very nice apartment. Small and basic but very cozy, very suitable for a couple. Beautiful location and surroundings. Many beautiful bays in the area, also within walking distance. Cozy village nearby with good restaurants and nice shops, with beautiful views over the sea and the mountains. Communication with host very good. Small terrace with sea view. We had very nice days. Would be nice if there were some more basics in the kitchen such as pepper and salt, olive oil, some other herbs, water on arrival, etc. Good to know that it is noisy; it is a row of some apartments next to each other and you hear almost everything about each other. The bed is a little moderate in quality. And price something on the high side for such a small apartment.

Thank you Teresa for welcoming us to your apartment! Upon arrival, Mrs. Angela, in charge of cleaning and check-in, welcomed us by giving us all the useful information to experience the house. The accommodation is a large one-bedroom apartment. Comfortable and furnished in a thoughtful and functional way. The location is enviable: adjacent to the village pedestrian and within walking distance of the two most well-stocked supermarkets and 7 out of 7 bars. The plus are: the private parking space in the courtyard, the location on the ground floor and the beachfront terrace. Teresa has always made sure in the following days we were well and everything was fine. Hope to see you soon!

Excellent experience. Very nice and comfortable accommodation perfectly matching the description. If I have to find a criticism, it is only regarding the ferry booking, made through GoElba; the times and costs shown were changed after I had already made the payment, with a cost increase of €6. A small but still annoying difference (to be added to the additional costs of the bank transfer). However, a minor inconvenience that does not change my very positive opinion.

Absolute dream apartment for a couple. We were there for a week. The apartment is modernly renovated and there is absolutely everything you need in the apartment. It is just far away from the tourist part, so you hardly notice anything in the apartment itself. From the balcony (also with sun gates) you can have breakfast, have an aperitivo in the evening and look at the sea all day - wonderful! The contact with Elise was very straightforward, helpful and very pleasant. Only: At the end of the small street is a (very nice alternative) bar, which each made music to run almost every evening until about 00:00/00:30 clearly audibly (live). But visitors to the bar were barely heard.

Modern furnished and clean 2-room loft with a spacious terrace. This is equipped with two sun loungers, a table with four chairs and a cozy lounge – perfect for two to feel comfortable. The apartment is easy to find, but getting there requires some driving skill as the last 50 meters lead over a natural road. The center of Capoliveri is in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the neighborhood, there are often dogs that are outside during the day and sometimes also at night and make themselves noticeable accordingly. For animal-loving guests, this should not be a big problem, but it is good to know in advance if you prefer absolute tranquility.

Spacious apartment, equipped with all amenities and in the center of the delightful Porto Azzurro. The terrace overlooking the central square is perfect to enjoy the street of the village. A stone's throw away with wonderful water. Restaurants and shops all around. The house is clean, with ample spaces, less than 15 from Portoferraio (ferry arrival). Alessio was an exceptional host, kind and responsive. Thanks Alessio, we'll be back!
