Multilevel two bedroom home. Home includes a living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom on the ground level, both bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. There is a tv downstairs in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. The house is in a safe neighborhood and there is a large parking lot on the side of the apartment so plenty of off street parking. Enough room for pull in and straight out with a truck and trailer! For reservations longer than 2 nights, we do have a washer/dryer available

Spend your night in the most unique "barn" you'll ever find. Complete with a full bath & shared with 20+ goats, 2 ponies, and other farm animals, you're sure to have a memorable stay (the animals have their own space). There is also a walking path to a small pond on the property & ample free parking. Should you time your stay right you could join in on goat yoga or another farm event! This barn is located just off I-70 & a short drive to several areas colleges, the casino, & entertainment!

The Blue Maiden - built in 1880

This unique place has a style all its own. Recently updated, the Blue Maiden was built in 1880 as a home to the servants who worked in the mansions prevalent in Farrington's Grove. She is 1.4 miles from downtown and ISU campus, between two hospitals, and convenient to St. Mary of the Woods College, IVY Tech and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She is close to I-70, one block from US 41, and maintains many of her original Victorian charms. She is less than 5 miles from the new casino!

NEWLY RENOVATED!! This property is all new but we’re experienced hosts with great reviews and hospitality in mind. This studio is the size of a hotel room- but costs less. We are located just off of I-70 near shopping and restaurants. Although we don’t have a full size range, we have a microwave with an air fryer and convection oven feature. We also have a two burner cook top with everything you need to make the kitchen fully functional.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were absolutely fantastic—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accessible throughout our time there. They went above and beyond to accommodate a small family celebration after our daughter's graduation from Rose-Hulman, which made the experience even more special. Their flexibility and hospitality were truly appreciated. They also gave us some excellent recommendations for local food spots and shopping, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!
