Within a 50m radius there is a supermarket, bakery, cafes and Caneliñas beach 140m away

You will also be a few steps away from Casco Vello, a charming and booming area with many bars, restaurants, and shops, and one block away from the Maritime Station. The studio is located on one side of the building, so it is very quiet, but if you look out the window you can see the Plaza de la Princesa.
