Welcome to enjoy a peaceful stay at Saraaves in Laukaa. You have access to Ranta Villa 35m2, which includes sleeping accommodations for four, a traditional Finnish wood-fired sauna and an outdoor hot tub, which are included in the price. The large terrace has a summer kitchen. From the dock you can take a dip in the water and in winter there is an ice hole at the end of the dock for the more adventurous swimmers. The place is best for couples, friends or families with children (1-2 children). The Beach Villa is located on the beach near the main house, yet in its own peace.

A winterized cottage with all the comforts on the lake shore. The cottage's upstairs and downstairs bedroom have double beds and the living room has a sofa that can be spread out to a double bed. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna and a sleeping loft with a double bed. (Bath barrel extra charge). Gas grill and wood-fired grill can be found in the yard and you can sit under the lean-to. Warmly welcome to Halssila, Jyväskylä, a distinctive and idyllic residential area! Maple blossom is a hundred-year-old adorable pink little house in our yard. During the summer, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple through the windows, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As a guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the coziness of a small house (40 m²). From the highway, you can reach our property by car in just a few minutes; we are located 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from the center of Jyväskylä.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. We live behind the forest 200 meters from the cottage all year round. The location of the cottage is unique in that, on the one hand, you feel complete freedom and privacy, on the other hand, we are always around and ready to help and communicate if you wish. Our plot and garden are always open to our guests.

A newly built beach with a sandy bottom and a renovated beach sauna with a tub can also be found on the beach. The place is located in Kärkkäälä, on the shore of the lake. On the borders of Hankasalmi and Konneves. Jyväskylä is about 70 km away, Kuopio 120 km. Hankasalmi is about 25 km away and Konnevesi center is about 15 km away.
