Apartment holiday rentals in Viimsi Parish

Vajasin makutuskohta Viimsi Artiumis toimunud kontserdi tõttu. Korter asub kotserdimajala väga lähedal. Vihmasajust hoolimata jalutasin ka Habneeme randa. Eelistasin ise toitu valmistada, toidupoed on jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Korteris on olemas kõik vajalik, et ise kokata. Parkida sain maja ees. Vaikne, kodune ja mugav majutuspaik. Tänud!

We had to cancel our stay but Olga was very friendly and active with messaging. We would have had a short stay before heading to south of Estonia and Olga’s place would’ve been perfect stop on our journey.

Peatumine vastas meie ootustele, hea rahulik asukoht. Lapsele meeldis, et mänguväljakule saab otse terrassilt. 😊

Kersti is such a sweet person,excellent host! The place was amazing,even better than the photos,felt right at home. Everything was tought through so the guests would have a nice and pleasant experience. Beautiful balcony where one can sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. I am happy we chose this place.

Very nice, cozy and stylish apartments. Great location and close to the seaside. Tarmo is a very good host. it was very comfortable and easy to get the key. Perfect place to stay, exceeded my expectations. I will definitely book this place to stay when I'm back to Tallinn.

Очень чистая и уютная квартира! Очень хорошо укомплектована, есть необходимая бытовая техника, средства гигиены, столовые приборы, первичные продукты. Ольга очень общительная и вежлива. Рекомендую!

Lovely condo and area to stay. The condo was perfect for a week of relaxing and visiting the Christmas market. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and the sauna was so nice! Great trail just outside to run or walk. Grocery store and gym within walking distance across the street. It's easy to grab a Bolt into old town (20 min drive) to explore the city. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Upea rauhallinen ja siisti studio erikoisessa ympäristössä joka tuntuu ulkoisesti hiukan rauhattomalta. Kohteen ympäristö tuntui jopa pelottavalta ulkoisen miljöön perusteella. Taloyhtiön roskis oli aivan ruokoton ja lähistöllä oli paljon humalaisia. Talo itsessään oli todella huonossa kunnossa. Mutta kun menimme itse asuntoon sisälle, se oli aivan fantastisen ihana yllätys tämän ympäristön keskellä. Majoittaja vastasi kaikkiin viesteihin ja puheluihin todella nopeasti. Olen sitä mieltä, että tässä kohteessa hinta-laatusuhde on yksi parhaita mitä olen kokenut. Toivon vain majoittaja puolesta että taloyhtiö tekisi julkisivuremontin ja että joku pitäisi huolta roskiksista. Niiden huono kunto ei ole majoittaja syytä. Suosittelen täydellä sydämellä!

Upea rauhallinen ja siisti studio erikoisessa ympäristössä joka tuntuu ulkoisesti hiukan rauhattomalta. Kohteen ympäristö tuntui jopa pelottavalta ulkoisen miljöön perusteella. Taloyhtiön roskis oli aivan ruokoton ja lähistöllä oli paljon humalaisia. Talo itsessään oli todella huonossa kunnossa. Mutta kun menimme itse asuntoon sisälle, se oli aivan fantastisen ihana yllätys tämän ympäristön keskellä. Majoittaja vastasi kaikkiin viesteihin ja puheluihin todella nopeasti. Olen sitä mieltä, että tässä kohteessa hinta-laatusuhde on yksi parhaita mitä olen kokenut. Toivon vain majoittaja puolesta että taloyhtiö tekisi julkisivuremontin ja että joku pitäisi huolta roskiksista. Niiden huono kunto ei ole majoittaja syytä. Suosittelen täydellä sydämellä!

I'm an Estonian who lives abroad but came to visit with family. I appreciate the location (a bit outside of center city but still close enough and near public transport stops). The place has a sauna which is a must in our family. The house was super clean and well equipped. They were kind to place a baby bed for us as well. We got to go to the apartment straight from the airport. During our stay we had our privacy but also well assisted. We recommend. :)

Airbnb was very clean and very beautiful. Location was great! Within 15-20 minutes walkable to groceries, food truck village and restaurants. 5-10 walk to the bus, and then old town. Thank you Toomas!

We had a lovely time in the apartment and immediately felt at home. Everything worked perfectly, and the place was very quiet and wonderfully cozy and we loved the bath tub! The apartment is ideally located for exploring the old town, so we hardly needed to use public transportation. All questions we had were answered promptly—thanks so much!

The location of the place is excellent. Really 5 min walk from the center, no need to use the public transport. The bed was comfortable, the shades helped block the sunshine. The balcony was amazing. There is no microwave in the apartment, so if you want to heat some leftover food it needs to be done on the stove. The apartment is a bit smaller than the pictures, but it was enough for two adults and a toddler.

Замечательная квартира, тихий центр - шикарное расположение! Очень стильный ремонт со всем необходимым, всё продумано до мелочей, прекрасные подушки и постельное бельё. Очень удобный заезд и выезд, быстрые ответы на все наши сообщения. Алисса очень отзывчивая Хозяйка, приятное общение! Очень довольны прибыванием! Вернёмся обязательно к ней ещё ))
