Apartman se nalazi na prvom spratu poslovnog centra "Gorča" i hotela "The Regent Club" sa prelepim restoranom (apartman broj 106). Apartman je u potpunosti renoviran 2020. godine. Položaj apartmana nudi ugodan odmor, bez ikakve buke. Nudi izuzetno prijatan smeštaj, brz Wi-Fi i SBB kablovsku televiziju. Apartman nema svoj parking, ali su u blizini dve javne garaže (Sinđelićev trg i Ambasador)

It has a large kitchen with induction hotplates and refrigerator and dining table near the kitchen. There is a spacious bathroom with a large shower stall with no door.
