Beachfront holiday rental in Vila Nova de Famalicão

The house of Susana , is charming , super cozy , we feel at home . Pena was the little time we enjoyed it , they were good times in the family and to improve we took our dog , who was also very well received . The only aspect I would say to improve is really the time of check out , it is quite early , I think it does not make much sense especially for those who have not been able to enjoy the house enough, which unfortunately was our case . thank you very much Susana for your sympathy with everything ! We'll be back for sure!

Hosts of great kindness with touching attentions for travelers, communication is fluid, very smiling and friendly. The cottage is very clean, well-equipped and fully matches the photos. We used buses, trains and Uber for our trips (shopping and visits). I highly recommend it!

Rui was present when we arrived to give us the keys. He generously offered us breakfast and then advised us on many activities and restaurants in the area. We loved staying here. It had a brilliant view of Porto and we were able to walk there easily (on either the high or low bridge) as well as around the local area and to the river and restaurants and Port cellars there. The apartment is spacious and really well appointed with a very comfortable sofa and a throw to keep you warm. The main bed was super comfortable- a rare find. The apartment was nestled right in the Roman arches with a road above us and one below. Being a lighter sleeper I closed the back windows and used the fan for air movement and to block out road noises. This compromise was worth it for the view!! Diana was a great host, responding quickly to questions and providing weather forecasts. We highly recommend Porto and this apartment

Gorgeous, creative flat! Very lively at Christmas…they play Christmas music well into the night on the pedestrian street below, and the New Year’s Eve party is a blast—literally—with fireworks. The high ceilings make it hard to heat in the winter, which was fine for this Buffalo, NY native. It’s probably the most beautiful in the spring and fall, so I’ll be back then!

We loved this place in Moledo. The view alone: 1 row of the sea is within easy reach. We were greeted personally at Maria's apartment and got everything explained in detail. Very likeable! What was mega due to our flight times was that we were allowed to check in earlier and check out later on the last day. Thank you for this!! There are great restaurants and bars in the area. A bakery and a small grocery store are also within walking distance. Both Caminha or Vila Praia de Ancora can be reached quickly on foot or by bike (which we were allowed to use for free), as there is a nice foot/bike path. All in all highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Great stay, good location and as described. Amazing support after our stay. We forgot a tablet in the appartment and they were amazing helping us out to have it ship to our home. Very efficient and supportive.

The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

The quiet area with dunes and sea views, a great bed and a great shower, were fundamental elements of our experience in this apartment. The most unpleasant thing was the communication with those responsible for the accommodation: all the people I exchanged messages with were kind and diligent to respond but the fact that they referred us to a website asking for more data and more procedures (in addition to those provided here on Airbnb) made me angry and frustrated. In this process of exchanging messages I had to do what I consider a disproportionate effort for a simple booking. For the sake of the next guests, I hope you can improve on the simplification of the process! I appreciate the flexibility and kindness you had at check-in and check-out!

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

Great place to get a real feel of local culture, while being across the street from the sea at the same time. The coast south is fabulous! We walked a lot. We had planned to go to Porto several times - we only made it once! We didn't want to leave. Anselmo and Bruno are great guys andfor sure are Super hosts!

Great location, amazing price and excellent customer service.

The small house is a wonderful holiday destination. It is very lovingly and at the same time practically furnished. So you have everything you need. The location directly by the sea is great. It is also good that there is a fireplace, it can be uncomfortably cold in the evening. I found the conservatory very practical, it heats up during the day and you can use the heat for the house. It also serves as the connection between the house and the bathroom - very well solved. We also used the barbecue a lot, especially since there is fresh fish in the fish shop around the corner. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

There were three of us women friends going to start the Camino Walk. It was the best experience. Philip let us check in early as we had a red eye from Toronto. Paula met us early and helped us check in. The condo is gorgeous. Perfect for us. So clean and do equipped. From the beautiful towels to the plates to the beach chairs. Everyone was wonderful. I couldn't recommend it more. ! Location location!
