The apartment building is well located, with everything within a 5-10 min. walk: Traditional music Ait, Viljandi Castle Hill, a singing field, a tennis hall, a theater Ugala and a market. Across the road is the Vale of Valerie where the disc golf trail is located

To the rear of the house is the garden, barbecue corner and lounge nook which are shared. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m from the house). Domestic animals welcome.
